These 1 bedroom apartments are newly furnished with a comfortable bed, 55” Smart Roku Tv, sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette featuring a mini fridge, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and cookset (subject to availability, upon request) and full bathroom.

Works well for a quick trip, you have all the basics. Situated in the heart of Chinatown, great restaurants within steps and walking distance to downtown. Easy parking for $15 a day behind the building which is hard to find close to downtown. Some room for improvement, the bathroom floor wasn’t quite clean, had to sweep it myself, same with beside the bed, had some dust to clean up. Might be a result of time between stays so the cleaning wasn’t as fresh. The building fan units come on every 15mins - 30mins and they are very loud, if you are a light sleeper would be hard to sleep. Was hard to watch the tv without subtitles. Great price per night but with the cleaning fee and service fees it makes it less of a deal which is the big draw to the place.

Nice cozy apartment located in Chinatown. Quite a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. Downtown area was around a 20+ minute walk away, fine for us since we were okay with walking. The amenities in the house were okay for us as we didn’t need to cook (there was no stove), so just the microwave and fridge was sufficient. Netflix was a bonus. The bed (king size) was comfortable, but the host did not provide any blankets or some sort of bedsheet cover for the sofa bed for the third person in my group, despite our booking being for 3 people. A third towel was also missing. They did apologise and deliver a blanket the next day after we informed them, but still did not provide a towel, so one of us had to use a small face towel instead. One thing to note would be that the air vent is quite loud, and it periodically switches on and off. Was a slight disturbance to us, but we aren’t light sleepers so it was bearable, though we would’ve preferred a heads up from the hosts.

La petite appréhension en arrivant (l'entrée du bâtiment était atypique, à l'arrière d'une boutique) a vite été apaisée en entrant dans le logement très très propre! Tout était très bien rangé et nettoyé, très agréable à vivre! Les photos de la réservation ne correspondaient pas exactement à notre appartement dans la configuration mais tous les équipements étaient bien présents et l'appartement était agréable, bien agencé.
