The adjacent top-of-the-line kitchen boasts premium appliances, a large island countertop, and plenty of cabinetry, everything you need to prep and serve up a delicious family meal throughout your stay (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). Enjoy it around the large capacity dining table, or head outdoors to your covered patio deck, furnished with tables and chairs for poolside dining. Plus, you can add barbecues to your menu, thanks to the fabulous outdoor grill.

Back inside, 5 expertly-designed bedrooms are located throughout the house: two Queen bedroom suites downstairs, and upstairs you'll find a king bedroom suite, plus two kids suites. • Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
