Was perfect for my family and cats We joked of how we need our home back home to look like this The king bed is a little on the hard side I was fine with it but my husband said it was too hard for him so he slept in one of the other rooms The house is spacious There is a hidden pet fee idk if that’s normal but I didn’t know until after I booked Also I like my water scorching hot to take a shower and the water only would go to warm other than that everything was absolutely great

Problem with parking , no instruction about parking yello pass and my car would have been toed if I wouldn't change parking lot. No security guard on the outside gate because construction was going on and back gate has no needed gate pass or there wasn't security guard at all

Gabriel and Ana were great hosts. Had to book their home last minute, I was inside within 30 minutes. The house was very clean and very spacious. The pool was also very clean and such a fun addition to the house! Would definitely keep in my mind for my next Orlando visit!

Overall a nice townhouse in a central location, close to everything you would need. The place was spotless and matched the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans along with all the tools you’ll need. And provided plenty of towels. Definitely plenty of room for a whole family. The only minor detail is that it’s located right in front of the playground so during the day the front bedrooms could get loud. But no problem when it was sleep time.

This is our second stay while in town to run a marathon. The space is perfect for us all to have our own space to relax, fully stocked kitchen for meals, and the neighborhood is easy to get in and out of. Grocery store and restaurants are all with in a 3 to 5 minute drive. Hosts are SUPER responsive and were on top of any problems or needs we had. If we run it again next year, we will snatch this place up! Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay! We did have a few issues with the resort entry however that had nothing to do with AirBnB nor the hosts (no one at the gate, had to have other residents open it). Host messages were prompt yet seemed almost automated at times as they didn't appear to thoroughly read my communications. Otherwise, the house was perfect and the location was unbeatable.

Gabriel and Ana’s crib is great. Nice location, plenty of space and beds, plus a pool! Resort is also really fun, spend a lot of time there. Definitely worth the cost!

It a wonderful two days. The house is really super. We stayed with our family and our grandchildren who had so much fun in the pool. The house is very well made and comfortable for 8 people. The only thing we could see was that house cleaning was not very thorough. There were cobwebs in the steps of the staircase and there was not a scent of cleanliness in the house. But in general it was all pretty good. Definitely if we return to the Orlando area, we would love to return to this house. And communication with Gabriel and Ana was super easy and checking in and out is super easy too.

Wonderful place to stay for the weekend. There was plenty of space for my family of 8. There is room downstairs for with a bathroom right next to it with a walk in shower; perfect for older people who have trouble going up stairs. Plus there was a split floor plan up stairs with two bedrooms/bathroom on one side and primary on the other. We love the mini-private pool which helped older kids play while younger kids slept. There is a playground right outside the front door and ample parking close to the house. The main pool area is great too! There is a lazy river, waterslides, put put, kayak rental, and an outside bar with food/drinks. I could easily see us staying here for a longer vacation. It would offer a great rest day from sightseeing/amusement parks, without having to go anywhere. Check in/out easy with clear instructions. Things to note if staying here: in house rules also include AC not to go less than 72 degrees, but there are no fans in the room. Some of my family said it was hot for them. There is a box fan in the primary closet, but not the others. Possibly pack a mini fan. Most of the time in Florida is hot. Winter would be great I’m thinking. Also pack a sleeping mask because there is a spotlight outside the back of the house that kept people awake because it was too bright to sleep for them, even with blinds and curtains closed. This definitely isn’t deal breaker though with all the other positives, just something to know. Otherwise a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. (you will need to make a run for coffee filters if you plan on making it yourself) Overall great trip and we would definitely stay there again in the future! I have been going t ok Orlando for 15+ years. This house was a perfect location for right outside the parks. Quiet and quaint, this house also was perfectly located 5 minutes to Publix, TJ max and many other amenities for the family. We are a family of 6 with our youngest who is 4, so having a beautiful park located outside the house was heaven sent. Also the screened in patio with an option to heat the pool if we wanted too, was great !!!! The house was so clean and we tried to leave it that way. I was able to save for my family by cooking meals and you also have the option of several great restaurant within 5 minutes. Ana and Gabriel were very attentive to Ours needs and responsive. They are also very honest people and contacted us when my daughter left her necklace. I must add one more thing. Although we didn’t ask for the pool to be heated, they were heating for the next people coming in. I did stick my toe in the water and was impressed how warm the pool got. I wish I had time to take a dip ! Thanks again guys ! I will be booking again within the month ?

Gabriel & Ana’s place was truly a great find. It was clean, very close to Disney (about 15 min or less), and the host are very attentive. We had a great stay and enjoyed the pool heating service. If you stay you should try out Poblanos Authentic Mexican Restaurant for some delicious tacos. It’s just a short drive from the location. The Airbnb is close to a many things. Again thank you for having us :)

Perfect for our overnight stay prior to our WDW vacation. Location is quick and easy and close to many attractions in Orlando . (Use the front entrance) We will keep this spot in mind when we return to the area. They also accommodated us after another Airbnb canceled on us 24 days prior to our travel date. We aren’t a small group either. Communication was clear, easy and fast. They do a great job listing everything out for you as far as expectations and entry upon arrival. The pool is small but honestly perfect for The location for the kiddos. It’s covered and clean so no worries about critters or light rain ruining your swim time. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing place very easy check in and parking. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, theme parks, and food. The whole home was amazing top to bottom very clean and seemed brand new all around. Gabriel was probably the most responsive airbnb host that I have ever had the pleasure of booking with. Any questions or concerns were immediately responded to. Check in/Check out was very smooth, parking was very easy and always accessible. There is a nice playground right across the street. Nice gated community, very nice modern space. The kids loved being able to play in our own little pool in the back and the pool gate was a must have for the toddlers. The place was an easy 10 minute drive to disney, 20 minutes from the airport. Three full bathrooms was an awesome amenity as well. Great stay!

Gabriel and Ana are amazing hosts! Their communication is beyond fantastic. They are available at any given moment and go above and beyond to meet your needs. The home was wonderful! We were so comfortable and had everything we needed for our week stay. We chose to heat the pool during our stay, and it was the best decision we could have made. We were really able to enjoy it to its fullest! The other amenities in the community are also a huge perk! We loved the community pool, lazy river, slides, and splash pad. So fun! It was definitely close to everything (including Disney). We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

It was a pleasure staying at Gabriel’s and Ana’s place. The house was clean and very spacious to accommodate a large family group. This home is only 10 minutes away from Disneyland which was a big plus for us. There is a Walmart less than 3 minutes away in case you need any additional items. I would definitely stay there again :)

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Communication was great and in a timely manner. Very spacious, clean, and nice set up. There was great cooking supplies for my bf who’s a chef.
