• Please be informed that the building’s pool heating service is currently unavailable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets less than 40lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )
• A pet fee of USD 99 /pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

We're happy to deliver:
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Upstay Home was as described. Very nice, clean space. The rooms were Beautifully decorated with updated Decor. Everything you need was at hand. The Checkin process was easy. And The Host was very Communicative and Friendly. We will definitely stay with Upstay again.

This was great for our group of three adults, a teenager and a little one. The whole condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and access and close enough to anything we needed without having to travel too far. We all slept well in the beds and had plenty of hot water for showers. The themed kids room was cute and the kids enjoyed having their own space. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had and made us feel like family. Very personable. If we come back next year for our band competition, we would most definitely come back!

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, quiet, and safe. One of the best parts was that the host allowed pets, which made traveling with our furry friend so much easier and more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Communication was fast and clear, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, pet-friendly stay!

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the home. It was very clean and I could see the vacuum marks on the couch (which I always appreciate). The host was amazing and responded within 15-20min each time. They were very try accommodating and the staff did an amazing job with laying out expectations. Overall, would stay again.

For starters I will like to express how convenient the location of this property was. This Airbnb was near all restaurants, shops and theme parks the commute was very easy and smooth. Secondly, I was amazed at the upkeep of the common areas of the property such as the gaming room, pool and gym. However, we came across a few issues within the airbnb which I communicated to the co-host Luiz and I must say Luiz was an outstanding co-host he wasted no time correcting any errors I experienced during my stay. Luiz accommodated my family and I with the upmost respect and he was very responsive every second of the day. I will definitely rate Luiz customer service a 10000% he even granted us a late check out. Although my family and I encountered a few issues on the first night of our stay I will definitely return back to this property for a future stay.

This place is just as described. It is clean, private and quiet. Loved sitting on the outside porches looking out through the trees. We didn’t have any additional needs but the hosts checked in frequently and were responsive quickly. Highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again.
