We operate independently of the on-site reception and do not provide hotel-style services such as daily cleaning or daily towel and linen changes. Your suite will be professionally cleaned before arrival, and essential starter supplies will be provided.

With 542 sq.ft. of thoughtfully designed space, the suite features a cozy bedroom with quality linens, plush pillows, and comforters, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and an open kitchen (stove top, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher; no oven).
The dining table seats up to 4 and doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace, while the living area includes a TV with complimentary cable and high-speed internet. Central air conditioning keeps the space cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

•Please be aware that the dishwasher is not available for use during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Our team is diligently working to resolve the issue.
• There are noise monitoring devices that are triggered if there's a high noise level in the apartment to ensure all guests remain respectful to those around them.
• Please note the images on the listing are representation of all the units within the building. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date.
• The apartment is supplied with well-appointed amounts of linens and towels, we kindly ask guests to maximize the use of these items. Regular turn down service is not provided but additional items can be delivered upon request.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
