Because this home is in the first phase of the community, you are the closest to the community clubhouse which is a short 5 minute walk from this home. The Oasis Clubhouse at Champions gate is absolutely packed with facilities for entertainment, dining, sports and business, so whether it’s a meal you have on your mind, or you need to get in touch with the office, you’ll find everything you need here at the Clubhouse. It has an expansive water park with a quiet zone, lane swim pool, jacuzzi hot tub, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a two storey waterslide, an 850-foot lazy river, and a wave pool. There's also poolside cabanas, sun loungers and a poolside tiki bar. Onsite staff also organise and run daily entertainment. Bring on the goggles and floaties!

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We're happy to deliver:
- a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

Pet Friendly:
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).
