Booking On Upstay

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com. Reservations canceled 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival will not be eligible to receive a refund. For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

When you book on other sites, you'll likely encounter stricter cancellation policies. Always make sure to check a site's cancellation policy before booking and reach out to them directly.
