Major props to you for being the mastermind behind your groups’ adventure! We love that you want to getaway with @urbanstay•us. One of our poolside lounge chairs is practically calling your name by now :)

Inside, y’all have 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a spacious living area complete with a photo wall. The kitchen is brimming with supplies, including a blender so get ready to whip up some pina coladas (or fruit smoothies, we like both). Have a few outfit changes while you’re here? There is a washer + dryer in house so don’t “sweat” it (I tried to be punny lol).

Tacos and coffee shops are rad, why not take a 5 minute walk to both… because you can. A quick 4-minute Uber to a playground for your tastebuds gives you the choice of irresistible Italian at Intero (1.4 miles), french flair at Justine's (0.8 miles), BBQ bursting with flavor at La Barbeque (1.6 miles), rich ramen (Tatsu-Ya 2.1 miles), and for those who seek the magic of mixology we suggest Whisler’s (1.8 miles away).

Was a great spot for a large bachelor party group. Pool and great yard space made for a fun time and nice proximity to the airport and downtown Austin. Trains passing nearby could get loud overnight, but didn’t disturb sleep much and didn’t detract from the many positives the property offered!

I brought a group of my friends here for my birthday weekend and we had an absolute blast! Not far from much of what we wanted to do, walkable convenience store to grab any necessities we needed. The place had everything we needed! Would 1000% recommend!

This home was perfect for my large family in a pinch when we needed temp housing due to renovations in our own home. Hot tub was so so so great and the pool can be heated (for a fee) when cold weather. Lots of space and beds plus pullout sofa in living room. Y’all i was there with 3 kids (9, 6, 4) and they were so entertained with all the things and spaces that I was able to rest an entire day. No, “mami,mami,mami,mami”…me: yes? ….”ahhhh nothing” or “I’m hungry” (meal 37 1:14pm). Nope. Just bliss and sleep and rest and a LONG UNINTERRUPTED SHOWER. One thing that would be great is to have available drawers in the other rooms. Only the “master” currently does. Also, the app they use for c-in/out & other info is a little glitchy when locking and unlocking door. If you lock at the keypad the app doesn’t update. I learned this the hard way when my 18 yr old son came home late and the door was beeping - this freaking out the little kids. Great fun. Otherwise felt homey

The at UrbanStay were exceptional in responsiveness and communication. Every question answered and I never felt like I was a bother. There was a lot of care and pride in how the home was stocked for our stay. This was the most well-appointed home I have stayed in from either AirBnB or their competitors. There is a friendly convenience store within walking distance for most supplies you could need, such as deodorant or ice, and a really amazing and unique dessert shop also within walking distance. The kitchen of the home was stocked with needed pots, pans, utensils, spices, and the grill was prepared and ready for use. This home gave all the conveniences of staying in a hotel in terms of supplies, customer service, and the nearby convenience store, fun dessert shop, and close restaurants with the privacy of staying in an entire home to yourself.

The house was beautiful. Very clean upon arrival and lots of space. The host were amazing, even for the smallest things they were very helpful and willing to do anything that could be done to make our stay tremoundous. Response time was great. Would definitly recommend these host to others. Looking foward to booking again.
