Please Note:

•Please be informed that the dryer is currently not available, maintenance is schedule as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

• There is basic cookware available in the unit.

Pet Friendly:
• One pet up to 75lbs is very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $99.

Additional Services:
• We're happy to deliver:
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

Quality Assurance:
• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We booked this airbnb to evacuate from the storm. It was day of booking and we recieved messages to check in immediately after booking. The hosts communicated very well. The apartment itself was tidy and relaxing. It felt so spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the rain.

It's a very nice spacious place. Has a big deck to relax with a view of the swimming pool, which was lovely to swm in. Gabriel communicated well when I had a few questions. I would definitely stay again.

This place was nice! The main thing i didn’t care for was something outside of the hosts’ control which was the noise. You might hear people doing so much as walking upstairs. Secondly, you could smell how clean it was upon walking in the condo….like the bleach smell was a bit overwhelming. So bring candles or whatever other air fresheners you may need.. At least it was clean. But the amenities are great, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Would stay again if i was only going to be in that area.

The apartment was extremely beautiful and comfortable. Definitely gave us a ‘home vibe’ The only problems I had wasX being thrown away by the bleach smell when we first got there. The house must’ve been scrubbed in bleach, even the fridge was bleached out, the towels weren’t dried properly so they had this wet damped didn’t dry right smell, had to re wash to get rid of smell, and the hot tub is not functional..the handle is broken so you really have to play with it to turn it on and off. Other than that, the house is beautiful and would recommend staying there to anyone who’s visiting Disney.

This was a beautiful space. It was very open and clean. The beds were big, the decor was beautiful, I was grateful for the washer & dryer and the large screened patios were a perfect addition to the location and we were facing the pool. I only noticed that some of the shower / bed linens were not that clean in the room closet where the 2 bedrooms were. I also didnt care for the look of that shower, either. Other than that, the room was pristine and very comfortable.

Their house was perfect for a quick Disney trip! It had everything we needed and more. Was able to cook a quick breakfast every morning before we went to the parks. And the bathrooms were really nice and spacious. Would for sure come back to this spot.

Good location if going to Disney but don't want to stay on Park property. The place was very spacious and came with all of the amenities one would like to have (for me that was a tea kettle). Gabriel and Ana were timely with their responses and very clear with their communication. They were kind enough to accommodate my dog and she seemed to enjoy the place as well.

This was a cute and charming condo!The living room and bedrooms both back up to the screened in porch that has a nice view of the pool area. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. There was plenty of parking and the location was great! It’s just a few minutes away from some fabulous dining and shopping! The condo was very clean, one of the cleanest.
