The ground level of the home features the primary bedroom, while all the other bedrooms are upstairs. The bathrooms are all newly renovated with beautiful marble finishing, spacious showers with rainforest shower heads, and bidets.
You'll also find the main living area on the ground level, as well as the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, spacious countertops and plenty of cupboard space. The living room has a comfy plush modular sofa and a smart TV with Netflix.
Our guests get complimentary access to the Solterra Resort, which has some of the area’s best facilities. The super modern and beautifully furnished clubhouse has a fitness centre with TechnoGym equipment and more than enough stations to ensure a thorough workout, plus there is a community trail, perfect for running/skating/biking. Opposite this is a comfortable lounge area where you can grab a coffee, watch a little TV and can also be used for private events. The covered, comfortable seating area poolside has TVs and an open fire for those evenings when it’s cool enough. The pool is zero entry, so perfect for younger children to paddle safely and there is a water slide for super slippery fun. There are plenty of private cabanas available poolside, as well as sun loungers and a jacuzzi. The newest additions to the resort are the lazy river and poolside café serving drinks and meals all day. Out front of the clubhouse there is a 5-a-side football area, a sand based children’s play area and to the rear there are tennis courts.
