- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking Deposit

Loved it for my bachelorette party of 9 girls. The rooms weren’t very “private” but none of us cared. It was nice for getting ready. Nice area we felt safe and close to downtown. The decor and theme of the place was perfect for us. Also loved it had turf and outdoor seating. Cons: needs more cornhole bags. We ran out of toilet paper on day 2 (host brought some shortly after messaging, but for a place that says it can host up to 16 you’d think there’d be more!). The upstairs bathroom needs view blocking curtains or stick ons on the shower windows. I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very attentive and always quick to reply, which made everything smooth and stress-free. They were also accommodating with my requests, which I really appreciated. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. This was not our first Air BnB, but was absolutely the best experience and they are Veteran friendly. Host was easy to communicate with and check in and check out procedures were hands down the easiest and best I've experienced. Check out did not come with the long list of requirements that most Air BnB's reques (they were all within reason). Quiet community with close proximity to downtown. We stayed at this Airbnb with my sales team for a work trip, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The house is beautiful, spacious, and full of character—eclectic in all the best ways. There were tons of games and activities around the house, which made it great for team bonding and relaxing after meetings. The vibe of the place is fun and unique, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The host was excellent—responsive, helpful, and clearly put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming. With a wedding in the family, and having 11 guests I could not host in my house all at once, booking this Airbnb was the best decision I could make. The location and large space of this home was ideal for all of my out of town family. We had a shared space in the open kitchen concept and the privacy on our own rooms. Great place and very convenient to get to downtown from. The hosts are great and made staying here effortless and enjoyable. The only complaint I have is regarding the internet speeds. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, lots of beds and bathrooms for a large crew. Didn’t have a problem with late check in, just paid an additional fee which was not bad. Great house for large group! As many reviews say, the layout upstairs is a bit unique with shared bedrooms but the place is huge with plenty of different sleeping accommodations and places to hang out. The host was very responsive the entire time. A bit annoying that you have to pay for early check-in (1 hour) but it was worth it. We had to evacuate Houston due to hurricane Beryl with our 5 week old baby and 2 dogs. It was a really stressful situation to book an Airbnb last minute. This is place super easy to book, easy to find, in a walkable part of town, had a back yard for the dogs, and the hosts were super responsive. Day 2 the AC froze over and stopped cooling the house. Within a few hours someone arrived and fixed the AC and gave us a window unit to cool one of the rooms for the baby until the unit started cooling the house. This is an amazing place that can host a large group of people easily. Additionally, it truly sleeps the amount of people it advertised. Everyone of our 14 person party slept comfortably. Cool and cozy place in the heart if downtown Austin. Loved the big tv and the couch so, watching movies together in a group was so much fun. The backyard/frontyard has ample space and we enjoyed couple chess games in the yard as well as the cornhole. We did a cornhole tournament even. It’s a very beautiful house, and has a lot of room if there is a big group. There’s activities outside for all types of weather, and it is very close to downtown. There were even toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom in case you need extra. The bathroom upstairs is connected to a few rooms so you have to take turns to not walk in on one another, but with communication this wasn’t difficult.
