• Please note that the splash pad at The Hideaway Club – Storey Lake is temporarily closed for maintenance due to lifted flooring. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

We're happy to deliver:
→ Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!
→ a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
→ a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We had a wonderful stay at this Upstay home! Upon checking in, we had a few questions. Renata, the Upstay Host, was immediately responsive and attentive. Renata seemed genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was top-notch. The home was beautiful (as pictured) - situated close to Disney parks and Disney Springs (for dinner out and shopping). There are many homes listed stating that the "hot tub" attached to the pool is not individually heated. The bonus for this location is that the hot tub works great and has its own heating source, which anyone who has spent a long day at the parks knows is a key feature! :-)

this house was perfect for our family. we came down for SeaWorld and Aquatica. the was not too far away and was a perfect atmosphere after spending all day at water and amusement parks ( hot tub was awesome and relaxing and my 3 boys loved the air hockey and pool. )

We had such a wonderful stay here. The home was peaceful, beautifully decorated, and even better in person than the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and carefully set up, which made the whole space feel inviting and relaxing. We stayed in October 2025 and would gladly stay again. With a few improvements this property could be perfect. Here are a few of the highlights and lowlights from our stay: Pros: Excellent location Responsive host Clean pool and hot tub with awesome heat Plenty of towels (including pool towels) and dishes Comfortable beds Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch Cons: Cheap linens – think Motel 6 quality or worse No comforters or blankets provided – 2 sheets with a ratty blanket between for each bed Ceiling in kitchen leaked – seems to be an ongoing problem Higher than normal chlorine smell from pool/hot tub

Yasmim was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help set up a special birthday surprise. I had Amazon and Instacart deliver groceries and decorations, and she arranged everything beautifully—far exceeding my expectations. Communication was excellent throughout, and she was always ready to assist with anything I needed. The home itself is very spacious, making it perfect for families. Ryan was so responsive and helpful, checkin was so easy and, the place was so nice and clean. My kids and I had a wonderful time in the house and the pool. There were 5 very spacious bedrooms, two with full baths, and three other full bathrooms throughout the house (5 total bathrooms). Three of the bedrooms also had TVs and the kitchen had many amenities for cooking. This was a great trip for the family. The resorts mini golf, volleyball, lay-z-river, and basketball are a little ways from the house so you will want to rent a car or use an Uber/Lyft. The resort was so much fun!!

nice place. tucked into private community. not far from Disney and other attractions. would have been nice to know pool and hot tub were extra fee. couldn't use the grill either as it was chain locked. but host was extremely nice and accommodating to our schedule. would stay again.

We needed a last-minute stay for an impromptu trip to Kissimmee for work, and they were extremely accommodating from start to finish. Even though we got there close to midnight, check-in was a breeze and they were communicative even at that hour. Thank you again.

Beautiful house! Responsive host! You will love the house! The only thing, the check out time was 10am, it would be great if it could be extended to at least 11:30 or noon as the checkin time is not until 4pm. Overall, a great house, great neighborhood, gym access available, pool and hot tub available if you are interested. It was close enough to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.
