Take a dip in the pool, (just please keep on your clothes) or sit and star-gaze in front of the outdoor hot tub, as you marvel at the beauty of Austin and question the meaning of life. With over 2,400 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms, this just built brand new home is the spot to unwind and find refreshing relaxation before returning to the fun of South 1st Street (or anywhere else in Austin for that matter).

Here, you’ll have plenty of space to host all your nearest and dearest, play a friendly game of pool with the kids, or read in the sun on the spacious deck. Or just wait out that hangover. Speaking of which, please no parties. Let’s be respectful of the neighborhood. With elegant design, a Nespresso Machine, covered parking, and plenty of bed spaces, this rental welcomes guests as if you were family, making you feel instantly at home. You can even put your shoes on the couch. Actually, scratch that please don’t that’s gross.

Swimming Pool:
• Our maintenance team comes by every Wednesday and Sunday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Definitely will be staying here when we come back! The place was beautiful and had more amenities and kitchn equipment to make you feel right at home. We mad full use of the hot tub which was amazing. We went to one of the loacal bars, but there were so many restaurants and bars within walking distance that we never got to try. This place is great for adults, but its also a great safe place for families as my girlfriend and I had her son with us. Highly recommend

The home provided a great atmosphere for our bachelor group. The pool was a huge bonus for those hot summer days. Easy commute to 6th and Rainey, not too far from the airport either. Area was good and neighbors were friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Place was perfect for the New Years weekend. Kids had a blast and loved the decor in the rooms. We were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony across the austin skyline. Would definitely stay here again!

UrbanStay was a great home and I would highly recommend it to others visiting ATX. Everything was just as I imagined it would be when looking through photos and picking a location for ACL. It was very clean and was a great set up for my friends who love a great "Insta-gram-able" photo opp prior to hitting the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb looked just like the photos. The decor was thoughtful - definitely made for bachelorette party. The location is great. It didn’t take more than 10-15 min to get to most of the Austin attractions. The only complaint we have is that the floor was not cleaned well. There was lots of residual hair (and dust/ dirt) from prior guests so we had to wear shoes in the house.

Couldn’t ask for much more. Ended up booking two days prior to our arrival because of a cancellation by another airbnb, and we couldn’t be more grateful that the other cancelled, as this place was everything we possibly could’ve asked for. Friendly hosts and a beautiful spot to enjoy Austin.

The house is just what you see and the location is tucked away and very convenient for downtown. The kids loved the place and to pool table was a winner. The huge screen TV made for a fun gaming session, especially when one son hooked up his VR set to it. Amazingly, the pool was the perfect temperature. It gets the shade of the home by mid afternoon and is a really nice afternoon/evening hangout. Oh…and the coffee maker was legit!
