This spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and master bath with an oversized jetted tub. The second bedroom offers two full size beds and flat screen TV and second bath. The living room has a fold out sofa bed, a TV with complimentary cable, and it opens out onto your own furnished private patio.

There is a glass-topped dining table in the dining room, a relaxing Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom and a convenient washer and dryer to take care of any laundry necessities you may have. The private balcony will allow you to take in the Florida sunshine while enjoying a beautiful view of our Pirate’s Plunge Pool.

The suite has wonderful details, like the granite counter tops in the kitchen. Which, by the way, is fully equipped with a full set of kitchen knives, dishes, silverware and all basic necessities for preparing delicious meals. It has an oven, a stove top cooking surface, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. There's a convenience store in the building that sells groceries too!

Our pool area boasts the LBV Village Bar & Grill – a place that's got your cravings covered. 2. Please note that we will require $50 deposit for the room keys. We will return the deposit once we confirm that the keys are left in the room.

3. Key pick up is at an offsite location close by (8 min drive)

4. We're happy to deliver:
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

5. "If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip."

6. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
