Nestled over at the Bella Vida Resort, just a measly 20 mins away from the magical kingdom of Walt Disney World (yeah, we're basically neighbors!), you'll love this 8-bedroom family-friendly home.

From the screened-in back patio to the in-home movie theatre, you're going to love this place! And when you've had enough of soaking up the Florida sunshine in the lounge chairs, plunge into the private swimming pool to cool off!

The top-of-the-line kitchen boasts premium appliances, a large island countertop, and everything you need to prep and serve up a delicious family meal throughout your stay (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). The kitchen features not one, but two full-sized fridge/freezer combo units, so everyone's snacks can stay chilled. And when you're done cooking, we've got the cleanup covered with two large capacity dishwashers.

Looking for some fun after your meal? The garage has been converted into a games room. Here, you'll find family favs hot shot hoops, foosball and billiards. But don't think that means there's no parking, there's still plenty of free parking space on the driveway! Any overflow can park at the clubhouse.

The amenities continue on the second floor, where you and your crew can enjoy a movie night-in in the theater room, complete with a huge projection screen and comfy plush seating.

The ground level of the house has 2 King bedroom suites, and the remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. You'll find four more King suites there, as well as two kids rooms, one with bunk-beds and the other with two twin beds.

Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the resort's fantastic facilities. You've got a massive community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. Plus, we've got enough sports courts to make your head spin, a fancy-schmancy clubhouse, and a whopping 15 acres of jaw-dropping lakes – insta-worthy, for sure!

Families, listen up: we've got your back. Your little ones can let loose at the playground and splash around in the kiddie pool. Meanwhile, your bigger kids (yes, that includes you, grown-ups) can shoot some hoops or spike some volleyballs at our courts. And if you're feeling like a fitness guru, there's a gym waiting for you. 1. There is basic cookware available in the house.

2. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

3. Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

4. We're happy to deliver:
