• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

Pet Friendly:
• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )
• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

We're happy to deliver:
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Thalita and Rob were amazing hosts! They even went out of their way to deliver coffee filters when we didn't have. The pool was amazing and my kids had the best time!

We had a great stay at this location. The house had everything that we need for our group. The home was clean and stocked with necessities. The location was easy to access and a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts did a great job communicating with us and answering any questions that we had about our stay. We will definitely consider this location again next year when we return for our annual service trip.

It was an overall great experience. The host was very attentive. Responsive and proactive in many cases! Truly recommend the place. It sits in the corner which makes it a bit private. Pool and deck was perfect. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Nosso estadia foi muito boa . A casa atende a 15 pessoas . Encontramos a casa limpa e a entrada no condomínio é fácil através de QR CODE . O único problema que achei foi com a questão do lixo pois o condomínio não estava retirando diariamente e tínhamos que levar o lixo até o depósito. Mas o problema é do condomínio. Algumas dúvidas durante a estadia foram resolvidas rapidamente .

Ficamos bem encantados com a casa. Fomos em um grupo de 15 pessoas e a casa nos atendeu super bem. Thalita e Rob sempre nos responderam com rapidez e precisão, e sempre que precisamos eles atenderam nossas necessidades. Anfitrião muito cortês. O check-in é acesso às áreas externas do condomínio foram simples e funcionam super bem. Além da casa, o clube hoise é um charme. aproveitamos a piscina aquecida e o ofurô do clube! A casa tem eletrodomésticos excelentes na cozinha e a na lavanderia para uma casa desse porte. 2 geladeiras excelentes, aue fazem gelo e tem água filtrada para consumo, o que ajuda muito. Eu apenas manteria um pouco mais de utensílios como panelas e recipientes plasticos para armazenarmos comida na geladeira. Por vezes tínhamos que revezar pois éramos 15 pessoas. Local silencioso, fomos no inverno e o ar condicionado manteve a casa quentinha para nós. No mais, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar com Thalita e Rob se retornarmos à Orlando.

The property was as described. Has two refrigerators and dishwashers which was nuce. The house does need mixing bowls and more glasses. The location is close to all parks and a Walmart just a short distance away. Also, the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The property management is excellent and very responsive.
