• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!
• Please note that we do not provide washcloths. Please bring your own washcloths to make use of during your stay.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating are additional services that are not included in your booking price. The fee is $35 per night, per service or $60 per night for both. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights and must be requested in advance. Please reach out for more details.

--> Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We directly felt at home. The whole family including the kids (two 2-year olds, a 6-year old and a 12-year old) loved the pool, SPA and the nice and comfy bedrooms. The place was very clean and had all we needed for our stay, especially the kitchen. We loved that they also had extra towels and toilet paper which we didn’t expect. The location was great for visiting Disney. Prior to the check-in, Olga and Chris reached out proactively and provided all information we needed; the same with the check-out. They were very kind and reacted directly to all of our requests (for example, as we arrived, both Pool and SPA were well heated as we had requested and it was a pleasure to use the SPA after a long walk in the theme parks). Thank you so much, we can definitely recommend this place!

We loved this house! Beautiful kitchen and area for our big family (11 in total). Kids spent most hours (7am bright and early) at the pool or the club house pool. Pool w/ heat was worth the price! Water temp about 80-90’s (end of nov) and our family loved it! We rented this place last min when our other place wasn’t working out. They replied quickly with question and were flexible about letting us book an hour before arrival on holiday week! Great host and place to stay! Club house pool and water park was an extra fun bonus! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Olga and Chris’s house and was thoroughly impressed! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the house offered a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. If you’re looking for a fun, clean, beautiful place to stay with family this is the place for you. The entire home is clean, beautiful and well kept. The kids had a wonderful time and enjoyed the themed rooms. The pool and hot tub were emulate and felt amazing. The screened in back porch was comfortable and amazing against the bugs and animals. The host was super helpful and accommodating of all our needs. 10/10 highly recommend and will be back for another stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in the Orlando area! The host was extremely accommodating and made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. The house itself was beautiful and immaculate, with modern decor and all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals during my stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to all the major attractions and plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. Throughout my stay, the host was always available to answer any questions I had and provided great recommendations for local activities. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Orlando area. I will be back soon!

we rented this property for our team while attending a conference at the Gaylord Palms and conducted internal training for 5 people prior to the conference in the greatroom. the house was exactly what needed with a king bedroom for each person, laundry, large kitchen and bathroom for each person. the kids bedrooms be perfect for little ones and are adorable. hosts are very responsive. only complaint that traffic is very heavy near there and everything is at least 25 minutes drive, but that is not Olga and Chris' fault.

The house is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen has plenty of tableware for our big group. They responded quickly to our issues with WiFi.connection. Without wifi, most of our phones did not work inside the house so we had to step outside to use the phone until we got the wifi connection established. A clearer instruction was all that was needed to fix it. We stay at various properties in the area for business meetings and this property stood out as the one we would like to use more in the future due to our overall positive experience and quick response from Chris and Olga.

The Airbnb was just as pictured and described. It was very spacious for our group of 13 people. We were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities provided. Olga and Chris were friendly and helpful from start to finish and provided prompt replies to all our inquiries. My family really enjoyed the private pool and the pool at the clubhouse. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Airbnb and would not hesitate to book again.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! My family of 8 stayed for 6 days and were beyond comfortable. It’s Sooo much space! I’ve never see an island that long. All 5 of the kids fit comfortably with an extra seat. Super comfortable beds! Host was very responsive and handled every concern(there weren’t many) promptly! Neighborhood is very nice, the kids loved the pool, The adults loved the Hot Tub! Target, Walmart & multiple Publix within 5 miles. STAY HERE!!
