Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Thank you for your beautiful condo and what a great location. The view is outstanding during the day and the city night view over the top. We came to visit our kid and grandbabies. Samantha and Zahid were quick to answer my questions and provide information. There was a park half a block away. We shared many meals in the condo as a family of 6 and it worked well. The coffee table substituted for a great bench for the 3 small kids (11, 6 & 4). The place could have been cleaner and needs some attention. even tho we were there for a single night, we enjoyed the location very much. It was easy to walk into downtown, concert/stampede area, and enjoy the vibrant food/nightlife of 17th. We had a great stay. The check-in and key collection was so easy. We made our booking very last minute and were able to book, collect the key and check in within an hour. AMAZING location. Restaurants and bars literally steps away. Park for kids to play across the road. Great view of the city. Whilst we were there, there was construction near by and it was not a bother at all. We were impressed by the space and small touches like breakfast packets, cereal bars etc, it really made it easy as a family to have the best start to the day. The instruction link you receive is so well presented and easy to guide you during your stay. Communication was easy, hosts friendly and ready to help. Great location the heart of the booming Victoria Park neighborhood. The views of the city are stunning, and the condo was clean and organized. As mentioned in other reviews, there is only one fob/key for the unit so for our family of 4 it was a little tricky to organize if we didn’t do everything together. The apartment was great and had an amazing view but some details were not communicated properly, such as the parking instructions. I wished the checkout was more convenient. There was also some miscommunication regarding the amenities. At first the host said that there were no condiments and detergent. They had also mentioned that there was a Keurig machine (and had to get pods) But the co-host said that there were condiments and detergent. There was also just a regular filter coffee machine (coffee grounds were available). I came into the city earlier than check-in time, but I was not granted to check in early, due to cleaning. But I was instructed to take out garbage... despite the many hours of waiting. lol hehe Overall, the stay was great, and I had an enjoyable time! Good night life, walkable places and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook except for the actual food. Hosts also provided snack basket. Amazing place! Wonderful! My family and I had a wonderful time at Samantha and Zahid's place during the holidays! We loved the views from our room and made it a habit to have our morning and evening tea just taking in the views of downtown everyday. The walkability was also a big plus for us. The location was in a great spot from so many great restaurants! Since it was cold, we mainly drove and found that everything we needed was within a 8 min drive through downtown. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and I appreciate how responsive and kind both Patrick and Samantha were the whole time. It was a tad noisy in the rooms below us, however, it's understandable since it was Christmas weekend. If you're planning on staying in Calgary it would be hard to find somewhere better for the same cost. The view of downtown is outstanding and is only a 10-15 minute walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants. underground parking is available at a fee of $20 per night and is well worth it if you have a car. This was a fantastic place four our group of four staying 2 nights in Calgary. The views of the city were spectacular at every time of day but especially at night! The decor was tasteful and the unit was very clean. We had some problems finding where to enter the garage to park but the host responded to our questions immediately and we were quickly where we were supposed to be. Excellent place to stay. Beautiful views! Very convenient location, easy to get in and out, had everything you would need there, dishes, laundry, sheets and extra blankets, even some snacks! If you have people sleeping on the pullout couch I would recommend a sleep mask, not all the windows have blinds.
