You'll have free use of our paddle boards and kayak, but please note that the lake currently has a very low water levels. Please check Lake Travis water levels online before booking so there's no surprises. Even without the lake, this home still provides lots of things to do. Think BBQ meals on the patio, outdoor yoga sessions, or just hanging out under the shady trees with a cold brew. There's a pool and hot tub, a home gym, and large backyard area where you can play lawn games. We've also got a games room with billiards, shuffleboard, foosball, table tennis and plenty of puzzles and boardgames.

Admittedly, the basement level is a little rustic, and the downstairs bathroom shower requires pumping to use it, BUT the upstairs areas are great. With a mix of king beds, a double bed, and a king sofa bed, there’s plenty of room for everyone to crash comfortably.

Our fully equipped, spacious kitchen is ideal for whipping up some home-cooked magic. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill. Enjoy your meals indoors or out, with dining areas to suit your every mood. Convenience is key with in-home laundry machines and an unfinished area between the main floor and finished basement for additional storage.

Currently the water levels of the lake are very low.

Please note that the pool heating service is presently unavailable, however, the hot tub heating remains accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. We’re happy to deliver a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $55/tank.

We love pets and they’re welcome at the house, the fee is $50 per pet.

We want our home to constantly be in great shape for guests. We aim for all work to be done in-between guest visits, but scheduling in Austin can be tough with labor shortages. There may be lawn service or pest control during your stay.

In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules and complete a Security Deposit of $500. This can be done by a secured link or through Airbnb. Please ask us about the two different options should you have any questions.
