Great space, conveniently located and plenty of room to accommodate our team of 11 while we raced at Circuit of the Americas. Only comment would be that while there are 10 rooms with beds in them, some are converted walk-in closets off a large suite so not all rooms are 100% private.

Great place to stay with a group of old college friends looking to reconnect in Austin. We were all more than happy with the accommodations and enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions that we had. They provided helpful suggestions and recommendations on where to stay and go around Austin. Great home base house for a big group! Location was close to many of our desired activities, and the ample beds provided room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Felt like our own urban oasis!

This location was very ideal for a bachelor party of 14 people. Easy access to downtown and only 7-10 minutes from the airport. There is plenty of space so everyone felt comfortable and had a place to rest. Thank you urban stay!

Perfect space for a large group. We stayed with as a group of colleagues and used the space for a day of work meetings. The layout was great for everyone to have private space to stay and also for us to have good open space for working and spending time together.

I really enjoyed my recent stay with UrbanStays. We booked this accommodation for a company retreat and it did not disappoint. It was spacious and all of the common spaces, as well as the bedrooms, were comfortable. There were some really nice amenities and the directions were easily understood. I liked the neighbourhood and the quietness of the area, with the proximity to some nice places to grab a coffee in the morning! My only small thing is I felt one of the bathrooms could have been better cleaned. There appeared to be easily-removable stains and streaks on the walls, as well as lining the sides of the toilet and tub. A bit more attention to detail would have been appreciated! This was the only negative point of an otherwise awesome stay. Highly recommend for a group trip!

Great place. There were 18 of us for a 3-day friend reunion, which worked nicely to have a "quiet house" and a "louder house." Hosts were responsive, helpful, and communicative. Following the advice of another review, we asked for the hot-tub to be preheated for our arrival, and so it worked great the first night, although when we got in we noticed some styrofoam (?) flecks. Not a big deal, we figured we'd just tell the company upon leaving, but then the third night when we got in (for the 2nd time), it wouldn't heat up past 94 degrees; a quick internet search says that the filter may have been clogged and that's why it was stuck at 94. Could also have been user error on our part, but was too late at night at that point to reach out - though I'm sure they would've helped if it was earlier in the day. Overall, great location (walkable coffee shops nearby, great restaurants), quiet, nicely laid out and designed. Would stay again.

This place is really great with just a few notes. Had both sides and 11 people very comfortably. They are set up for maximum people so we didn't even need all the beds which was great. As another reviewer mentioned the garage spots and closets are turned into bedrooms and are fine but maybe not a cozy are the main room but, again, perfectly fine. In the description is says pets allowed but you don't find out there is a fee until you book and get set up for check in. Should just say "Pets Allowed-$50 fee" on the description. Also, it states small cats and very small dogs so just be aware. The place is really fun and a great location as we were in town for a wedding that was just a few blocks away. Our only issue was the hot tub was not heated when we got there and was in some sort of eco mode and there were not any instructions on using the hot tub. They got if fixed but it cost us a day/night of hot tub use. Just ask them to pre heat if going to use. Great place! Thanks!

My husband and I booked this for family members visiting Austin for our wedding, and we all had a great time. It’s a great location very close to downtown, but still has a neighborhood feel. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and food trucks in the area. The two homes are spacious, well-stocked, and easily accommodated our group of 20. The kids had a great time playing in the yard. The host was very communicative and friendly as well. We will almost certainly be booking this home again when we have visitors in town.

Our group of 28 has an amazing time at this property! Plenty of beds to fit us comfortably without any of us having to sleep on the couch. Each of the beds were so comfortable!! The houses were very nicely decorated and well stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. Highly recommend staying!
