Although this property is walking distance from some of the best places to go out in Austin, this modern, chic, farmhouse-style home is fitted with all the fun you’d ever need so you’ll never even have to leave the house! With its pool and spa combo, fire pit, and beautiful decor that’s sure to inspire insta-envy from all your hometown friends.

The East Cesar Chavez district, with its industrial-chic brewpubs, craft cocktail lounges and live-music rooms, picks up the pace after dark. Art galleries, vintage boutiques, bike shops and coffee houses mix with Mexican restaurants and BBQ joints. The Tejano Walking Trail honors the neighborhood’s music pioneers, while the Mexican-American Cultural Center stands nearby in the Historic District.

A short walk takes you to the vibrant nightlife and live music scene of Rainey Street. This is the perfect spot for a large group trip! There are more than enough comfortable beds for everyone, spacious common areas, and a large private backyard! The decor was fun and modern, everything was clean and as expected. Very close ride to airport and downtown bars/restaurants!

This house has the perfect setup for bigger groups, that are also looking for privacy. We really enjoyed staying here because of the open space, amenities and location. Would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling in for work or family/friend trip, and want a fun spot to add to the trip.

We had a great stay at the house! Communication with our host was great, they always responded quickly and answered questions. The place was well located, but it was fun just hanging out at the house - excellent space! We didn’t have enough kitchenware for a large group, and some of the pans were worn down. Also would recommend bringing a lighter/matches for the grill!

This was possibly the best airbnb I have stayed at. Interior design was beautiful. What these people have done with the place is incredible. I honestly don’t know what it is, but I had better quality sleep at this place than my own house haha. Owners were nice. Hot tob was incredible in the cold. I will 100% return to this airbnb everytime I visit Austin. Cups, plates, tissue, whatever you need, nothing is missing at all. It truly felt like home. Thank you Valerie and Kyle

We had a group of ten aged 18-81 and everyone really enjoyed this property. Big rooms, comfy beds and great outside space. Close to downtown and good restaurants. Would definitely recommend for your group.

We had such a wonderful stay here for my bachelorette party! The sleeping arrangements were perfect and the common areas were very comfortable for our group. Great stay for a large group of co workers! Communicative hosts. The lack of reviews on this listing had me concerned to start, but the property is managed through UrbanStay (which has great reviews) and we had no issues during our stay. Thanks!
