• The pool is for guest use only. Pets are not permitted in the pool.

• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )
• A pet fee of $50/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic that my family absolutely loved. The kids especially enjoyed the freedom to run around and play, just as if it were their own house, which added to the cozy and welcoming vibe. \n\nThe hosts were fantastic! All of our questions and concerns were handled quickly and efficiently, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable. \n\nThe only slight downside was that there were no window coverings. However, this actually enhanced the bright and airy modern feel of the home , which we really appreciated. Great house, Disappointing customer service
The house and location were great, and in a peaceful neighborhood with a coffee shop close by. The issue I had was the customer service from Upstay. First, obtaining information on how to check in and the door code was like pulling teeth. I got several vague answers from a representative, who was polite, but extremely vague in all communication. She should have just told me the code would not be available until the time of check in, which was 3pm; instead, she gave me incorrect times. Finally, she just said she would text me the code. Second, most of the guests complained about dirty sheets with stains, hairs, black marks, and dust. I saw a similar review on Airbnb's listing. It was as if the sheets were not washed. We washed the sheets, and there was improvement, indicating they were not washed. Upstay offered to enter the house while we were not there to "take a look at the sheets," but I declined since taking a look at them would accomplish nothing, and the guests had already washed them. Third, we received a visit from a city code enforcement officer knocking at the door. He said something about AirBnb not having authority to rent the property. He was asking for owner information. When advised we did not rent through AirBnb, he left. Fourth, a guest reported someone looking into the master bathroom window from the man's own residence balcony. Several of the bathroom windows had no coverings, and there are houses surrounding the property. Lastly, I emailed Upstay about all of these concerns and asked them to address all the points. I received another vague response that I declined working on the sheets "together." I called and asked for a call back, but I received a text back asking how I can be helped. The customer service responses have been extremely vague and disappointing, and for these reasons, I will not be using Upstay again. They offered a $100 refund for the sheets issues (the required cleaning fee is $309), which is not much compared to the thousands we spent to rent the house.Anonymous U from CA - Posted: 9/25/2024

This house has the perfect setup for bigger groups, that are also looking for privacy. We really enjoyed staying here because of the open space, amenities and location. This was possibly the best airbnb I have stayed at. Interior design was beautiful. What these people have done with the place is incredible. I honestly don’t know what it is, but I had better quality sleep at this place than my own house haha. Owners were nice. Hot tob was incredible in the cold. This house is a perfect place for couples who each want their own private bedroom (6). Also looks to be great for groups who can share rooms (as several rooms had 2 queen beds). 1 room is the guest house- with a private bedroom and bath. We had a great time using the pool and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. The house was a great place for friends/family to hang out in a location close to everything in Austin. It was a perfect place for our group, and we enjoyed the amenities including the pool, video game, and outside space. The house was exceptionally clean and neat when we checked in. The only exception is that the pool was a bit of a mess. I cleaned a ton of leaves out of the skimmer and kept sweeping leaves out of the pool.
