Additional Services:
• (Currently not available ) Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets)
• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

We’re happy to deliver:
• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

A little disappointed that the townhouse pool and the resort pools were closed the entire week we were there. No power to the townhouse pool.

It was a great place to stay for our vacation. Our host was very responsive and quick to fix any problems that we had. He was also very flexible with early check in as well. Overall great bang for your buck. \n\nIt was also a quick drive to Disney parks. Would recommend this location as it is gated and very peaceful.

The air bnb itself was wonderful. Getting in we ran into a problem. The address provided to get to the gate was plugged into two different phones and both directed us to a gate that we were not able to get into. It appeared many people were having the same issue.While we were waiting for further instruction, at least a dozen cars pulled up to the same gate that had booked an air bnb and their directions led them to that location as well. Once in however we had no issues. The home was clean and accurately depicted in photos. There was some wear and tear on the walls expected of any rental property. The chairs could use some cleaning as there were noticable stains on the kitchen chairs. Beds were comfortable and pool was wonderful. In all we really enjoyed our stay. We didnt get to check out all the resort amenities. Great location close to disney. My daughter loved the game room and all the cool lights. Having a dryer on site was great. The host was very responsive to messages.

House was exactly as it was described. Lots of rooms for everyone to spread out. Resort amenities were nice as well. The only downside was getting in the gate. We took Ubers around town and could never get them in since there’s no code. Otherwise, we had a nice little vacation

Very comfy home, with lots of space and fun for kids, felt a nice and a safe neighborhood. Prompt response from the host even during late hours. Extra towels was a helpful plus too. My boys enjoyed the surf riding session available few min away at the Solara Resort. Would definitely come back once visiting Orlando area.

Perfect place to stay for Disney! Orlando traffic will always be the worst but a great place to stay. I don’t have any complaints about the airbnb but there are some molds in the shower. Other wise everything was perfect! They have everything!

We had a great stay at this house. We were in town for a Disney trip. The location was convenient and quiet for families, it felt like home. The house was very spacious and as pictured. The hosts were responsive and helpful prior to, and during our stay.

This was our second stay at this property. We enjoyed it just as much as our first stay! It is clean, spacious and has everything we need. The communication with the host has always been great. Close to all theme parks, restaurants, and groceries. We will stay here again on our next trip!
