- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

This Airbnb is one of the best I’ve stayed with, it was a great price for the location, service, and overall cleanliness. The host was very responsive and flexible, especially when we had to extend one more night because of the winter storm. It’s very close to all the food places and tourist attractions, very convenient to public transportation, and they have Netflix! This was a great place to stay. The hosts were proactive and responsive. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We were on the 3rd floor but the stairs were not bad at all. It was easy to find and access and the neighborhood was walkable with lots of restaurants. We went right after that big snow storm so the roads are sidewalks were quite messy but we made it work. Parking was available nearby (Note, if you use the small lot around the corner, enter the max amount for the day otherwise they can really rack up the price). The unit was clean and well stocked. I had a great stay at the McCaul. The 3 bedrooms gave us space to spread out and the bunk bed room was awesome for my daughter and her friend to have a sleepover together. The location is right downtown and you can walk. It is also close to the Dundas station if you need to go further out. There are lots of good restaurants right around the corner on Baldwin St. The apartment had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully equipped. My kids really liked the welcome basket. Logement très bien situé dans la rue de l’université, idéal pour visiter downtown à pied (parking pour la voiture à proximité 18€ les 2 jours). Casa Hotel is super central: I was impressed by how walkable/public transit-able all the major sites were: CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium were both ~30-minute walks with young children, ROM was a 10 minute subway ride, and Casa Loma was a 15 minute ride. Separately, there were at least 5 coffee shops within 3-5 minutes walking that are all superb. We had a different spot every morning. This was one of the cleanest b&b's ive ever stayed in. It looked brand new, and I actually went back and checked the reviews to see if we were the first people that ever stayed there. not at all! They just cleaned it really well. We were four adults and two children staying there and it had everything we could have needed. And everybody had lots of their own space. The location was better than I expected. It was super close to the main tram lines and Subway stations, even for my little kids that don't love walking far. It was just far enough away from Kensington market and Chinatown that we weren't right in the hub of it but we could walk to both places easily. 10 out of 10. It's a very convenient location. Easy accessible to a lot of eateries. AGO is almost rights next to it. Everything is very clean. The 2 bathrooms have everything you need. The only downside is the main entrance is under renovation when some of us checked in on the second day of our stay; but host/co-host are very helpful in carrying our suitcases to our unit. The location is unbeatable — steps from adorable cafes, great restaurants, and all the urban vibes you could want. Coffee and croissants basically found me every morning. The unit itself is very new, sparkling clean, and tastefully decorated with modern touches that made it feel fresh and inviting. It’s definitely on the cozy side (read: don’t pack your yoga mat), but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A perfectly curated small space! Had a great experience staying here, the property had plenty of bedding options, the host were super accommodating, and the location couldn’t have been better. This place was exactly as advertised and easily accommodated 7 adults and 1 child. The apartment was spotless and felt just like home. There was even a welcome note, bottle of wine and snacks...which the teen and child really appreciated. (snacks...not the wine for the kids.) The adult appreciated the wine. Excellent location, tons of walk around and see/Do. unit itself is basicslly brand new so all things are prestige! it's more of a cookie cutter type unit however will be great for groups or families. There is a main street out on the front side but you don't hear the traffic very much at all. The host was amazing with me and very helpful. Staying at this Airbnb was a very pleasant experience! The listing was exactly like the photos and located in an ideal location close to Toronto's financial district and Dundas Square. Although the location is not shown accurately through Google Maps, once you arrive at the destination, it is very easy to identify the listing and check into the room. The hosts were very inviting, respectful, and proactive which made my trip much easier. The best part of the listing was its cleanliness and comfort. I stayed in the second bedroom, and it had very comfortable, thick sheets and blankets as well as comfortable, supportive pillows.
