The primary suite, with 2-full sized beds includes a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. A second full bathroom is shared between the second and third bedroom with bunk beds.
Step outside to your private balcony, the perfect spot for coffee, a sunset drink, or simply soaking up peaceful lake views with no rear-facing neighbors. Inside, enjoy all the comforts of home—Smart TVs, central air, fast Wi-Fi, and laundry machines make longer stays easy.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to cook and serve meals. There’s also a large indoor dining table for shared meals or laptop-friendly work time.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
