This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The Living Room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking.

Station Park features unique amenities such as fitness area with gym equipment, yoga/pilates studio and Peloton studio, and an outdoor terrace with BBQ’s and private, bookable cabanas for when the warm weather returns.

• Parking Notice: Please note that the license plate recognition camera may occasionally experience delays, which could cause brief access issues. Building management is working to improve this for a smoother guest experience.

• Please note that the building amenities are managed by Station Park. If any amenities are out of order or under maintenance, Station Park is responsible for their upkeep. Some or all building amenities may not be available during your stay.

• Please refrain from littering near the car park and ensure that you dispose of your garbage appropriately in designated bins. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave any harmful or flammable products, such as jerry cans of gasoline or any petroleum cans, unattended anywhere on the property.

• Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit.

• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.

• Please note that the swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.


1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

2. There is on-site parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for $15/night. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle made to register. Please note that any unregistered vehicles found will be towed.

3. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

  • 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.


Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Amanda & Brix's place is wonderful. Great location, walkable to Central Station and great view. The building also has great facilities like pool, bowling, gym and swim spa. Nice stay!
