Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Ryan was the perfect host. He provided an easy check in and was super responsive. His spot in leslieville is walking distance to grocery stores, the best coffee shops, restaurants, parks and vintage clothing shops. Have nothing but great things to say about this place, rooms were cozy and great sizes, the kitchen had everything you needed, even ice trays with ice all ready! The little patio was perfect, 2 parking spots were ideal for our trucks! Soo many local spots to try for food, coffee and shops. Safe lovely area and the hosts provided many ear plugs for who ever needed them due to the street cars. I stayed at Casa Hotels Leslie for 5 nights in Nov. 2026 whilst seeing a specialist at Micheal Garron. It was excellent and I highly recommend it for travellers searching for curated, urban comfort. The unit itself is pristine. All the space is used wisely. It is modern while not totally erasing the century charm of the building. Amenities are stellar: we made full meals daily, used the laundry, the shower had great pressure, the wifi was stable, the beds were comfortable and all linens crisp. It also has a wonderful private outdoor space. Ryan was the consumate host. He accommodated an early check in, ensured we were comfortable, and was always available by text. Bonuses: Free on site parking! Note that cars are out back with the entrance in front - about 200m walk. You can load from the street after rush hour if needed, no issue. We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect — super comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. Ryan and his team were fantastic: friendly, attentive, and always quick to help. We had a wonderful overnight at Casa Hotel's space. Nice spacious two bedroom in a great location. Lots of restaurants and nightlife nearby. The space was super clean and well appointed. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Comfortable bedding, very nice bath, and we'll equipped kitchen. Had a wonderful two night stay at Ryan’s place. It’s newly renovated, sparkling clean, comfortable, has outside space, great technology, everything you need. Host was fantastic. Helpful, responsive and respectful. Great stay, would happily stay again. Some reviews complain about the streetcar noise, we didn’t notice that at all, a little sound, but you’re staying right on Queen St E, so some noise is expected, but I slept soundly and felt very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at casa hotel. The space was clean and the parking and check in instructions were clear. Our host, Ryan, was responsive and polite. The street noise wasn’t bothersome at all. The area was also wonderful - was walkable, had a park with playground down the block, had great independent shops/restaurants, short trip to the beach, and not too far from downtown proper. We came to the hotel for a beach volleyball tournament at Ashbridges Bay. This location was only an $8 Uber from the beach and we easily went back and forth with no issues. The hotel itself was quaint, comfy and clean. We loved the restaurants and brewery down the road and hope to be back again for a visit without the teenage boys. I had come to Toronto to see a concert and I found the Casa Hotel listing to be very clean and well located. The major 501 streetcar for queen has a stop just steps outside of the front door with some amazing dining options around. The only thing I can say that was not beyond our expectations was that we found the mattresses were much too soft. But that is a personal preference and others may prefer it that way. Ryan was very communicative, friendly and helpful , could not ask for a better host. We would love to come back and try all the restaurants we didn't get to this time around. Perfect size for our family of 4, it's a food paradise, fantastic thrift stores, bookshops, cafes, and transit right outside are all huge bonuses and the dog-watching was also excellent! The host is rapid with responses and often check in to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The home is well equipped with all needed essentials- paper towel, toilet papers, detergent etc. All TV have the ability to stream apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney+ and more; also the internet work perfectly well throughout my stay. Very humble and cute on the inside and is located conveniently right in front if the bus stop outside. The host was very accommodating, polite, and quick with the response time. Only blimp in this location is it is quite noisy with the sound of a train or streetcar at night. I sleep better with outside noise so it didn’t bother me, but if you are a silent sleeper, definitely something to note. A great place for a short stay — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The space is nicely set up with everything you need, making it an easy and convenient stay. When I first checked in, I noticed a lingering smoke weed from previous guests, which wasn’t quite what I expected. However, Ryan was incredibly responsive—he called me right away, sincerely apologized, and went above and beyond to make things right. He offered multiple solutions, including a full refund, which really showed his commitment to great hospitality. Overall, the stay was great, and Ryan’s customer service was outstanding. Logement très bien situé pour visiter le centre-ville de Toronto avec son véhicule ou en transport en commun. Les pièces étaient propres, les linges de maison sentaient bon. À noter que le logement est situé sur une rue passante. Cependant, le bruit n'a pas empêché un bon sommeil. L'hôte a été très réactif lors des différents échanges par la messagerie.
