• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

Pet Friendly
• Pets less than 30lbs. are very welcome at our home with a maximum of 2 pets.

• A pet fee of CAD 49 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of CAD 49 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Don't let the looks of the outside fool you. This is a lovely apartment located above an empty store. We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom apartment in Bobcaygeon! The location was perfect, a quick 10-minute walk from local shops and dining, making it easy to explore the charming town. The space was exactly as described, featuring comfortable queen beds in each of the three bedrooms and ample natural light throughout. It was hot outside during our stay, but each room had a fan, and the living room also had air conditioning. The host's communication was clear, especially regarding access to the back entrance (follow the blue arrow to door 67B). The space felt clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary Wi-Fi worked great. Bobcaygeon itself is a gem - we enjoyed exploring the local area and can see why it's such a beloved getaway spot.

5 stars across the board. Any issues that previous guests may have mentioned have all been fixed. We had no problems whatsoever. Our hosts were lovely, polite, and responsive. The place was extremely clean and modern (don't let the closed store below fool you), well stocked, very easy to find, easy to get in with the smart lock, a 5-minute walk to town, air-conditioned, the shower was fantastic, I could go on and on...would definitely stay here again if we return to Bobcaygeon.
