Ventura Country Club for many years has been known as “Orlando’s Best Kept Golf Secret” primarily due to its location and the presence of the Security Gates. The community is private but the golf course is open to the public. Golfers simply need a tee time to enter.
With plenty of dining areas, both indoor and outdoor, you'll be able to serve up some fantastic meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu, thanks to your outdoor grill.
After your meal, challenge the crew to a game of table tennis, right there in your own garage! Top off your evening by cozying up by the fireplace, or catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TVs.
When you're ready for bed, relax and stretch out in the spacious bedrooms. There's plenty of closet space, and each bedroom comes with fresh linens, fluffy bath towels, and a smart TV with complimentary cable and high speed wifi.

• Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite (Toilet/Shower)
Second Floor
• Bedroom 2: 1 Full bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 Full bed
• Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds (located in the loft area of the property)
• Located in the loft area of the home
• This space is partially open to the upstairs hallway and does not have a traditional solid door
• An accordion-style door and curtains can be used to provide additional privacy
• Best suited for children, teens, or guests comfortable with a semi-open sleeping space
• Bathroom 2: Shared bath with Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 (Toilet/Bathtub)
• Bathroom 3: Half-bath (Toilet only)
• For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is complete. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!
• Guests have access to tennis courts, basketball courts, park, pickleball without cost or reservation.
• Pool and fitness centre access require a $60 fitness card with a $25 refund upon return of key.
• Access card is only required for pool and fitness centre

• The TV in Bedroom 2 is an older computer monitor. It can be connected to a computer with a VGA output or to devices with RCA connections, such as older video game consoles, VCRs, or TV boxes.
• Please note that bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds and is located in the loft area of the property. This space is partially open to the upstairs hallway and does not have a traditional solid door. An accordion-style door and curtains can be used to provide additional privacy. Best suited for children, teens, or guests comfortable with a semi-open sleeping space.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
