We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We had a great stay in this apartment! There were 5 of us that ended up staying here, lots of space for everybody as well as fantastic location! A 5 min walk to the nearest subway and super central. We had a great stay here while visiting Toronto. The cost benefit was definitely worth it given the location and size (three bedroom). Very responsive and friendly host. Location was ideal as we were visiting UofT and taking full advantage of all things downtown. Subway is just a few blocks away and from there can get pretty much anywhere you want to go in the GTA. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment worked great for our family of four. We stayed at Casa Hotels McCaul this week as a family member was having surgery at Toronto General Hospital. We were pleased to find how close we were to the hospital, which was a 4 minute walk or a very quick inexpensive UBER ride. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of wine, a basket of treats and a hand written welcome note from our cohost, Shameza. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and was immaculate. Shameza responded quickly to my inquiries and was very helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the big screen TV in the living room was an added bonus. Right outside the building door is a St Louis Bar and Grill, Crispy Cream Doughnuts and an excellent burger place. There are many different stores and restaurants close by, and of course, a Tim Hortons. I will definitely come back here the next time I go to a hockey game or concert. This apartment was wonderful, exactly as the pictures showed. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I was impressed by how well the kitchen was stocked (coffee maker with pods and sugar in the cupboard, a small basket with chips, cookies. They also included a bottle of white wine which was so thoughtful). The only things I would recommend is recycle bags or a recycle bin. The bathroom was well stocked with supplies. The host included ear plus and eye mask for sleeping if needed. The beds were comfortable. St. Louis Bar and Grill is right next door, as well as Jimmy’s Coffee and Krispy Kreme doughnuts (for morning coffee and breakfast…lol). There were other restaurants within walking distance too. It was easy to get an uber to go downtown and did not cost much. Parking was literally across the street (a minute walk on the opposite side). It was a flat rate of $6.00 (we paid $12 for the weekend, how can you beat that?) We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.Anonymous - Posted: 10/27/2025

Very clean and comfortable place. The ground floor of the building is under construction and boarded up so it is a little surprising upon arrival but once you pass the temporary door to access the building, the apartment is exactly as described. The place was even better than as advertised, and my fiancé, and I had an extremely relaxing time irrespective of the noisy environment. With that being said, the only downside to this unit is something out of the host control. This place was very clean and modern. There were a lot of items in the kitchen to use...pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc. A very bright place with lots of natural light. It was easy to get around downtown with short Uber rides. The co-host, Shameza, was attentive, responsive, and very friendly. The little added details like some snacks, a bottle of wine and coffee pods was a great touch to make us feel welcome. For our AirBnB hosts Our stay was truly wonderful! The home was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with little touches that made it extra special—reading lights in the rooms, fresh filtered water in the fridge, and a lovely basket of snacks. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft, cozy sheets that made for the perfect night’s sleep. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. What truly set this stay apart was the personal touch. We mentioned that we were visiting the city for our daughter’s 4th birthday, and when we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a thoughtful card, and a surprise gift—a Squishmallow seahorse and a balloon for our daughter!
