Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Great location, a short walk to Leslieville shops, restaurants, and cafes. Very responsive and helpful hosts. A couple of booking considerations: the side door is located between buildings, and though there is good lighting and cameras, as a single person staying there, it was a bit unnerving after dark. Quick & responsive host. Very beautiful unit with a great kitchen, bathroom, bed, sofa and TV. Everything was clean & exactly like the photos. The stay had everything we needed , as if it was our own home. Great location as well & the pet groomers below didn’t bother us one bit (we didn’t have to use the earplugs provided). I’d consider staying here again. The TV had Netflix and prime as well. Washer and dryer were put to use as well. They provided lotion, shampoo, conditioner, towels. Everything was clean and the area was just the cherry on top. Convenience store nearby that sells beer and wine too! Thanks for a great stay and quick communication! Staying at the Casa Hotel - Queen Street was just the perfect place for our work trip. Not only was it close to great shops and restaurants, we could access transit easily. We were also very close to friends which was very convenient. The apartment was cute and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the furniture was just right, for what we needed. Casa Hotel and Ryan offered a perfect suite for a weekend in Toronto. The location is perfect for accessing the east end, and the apartment itself has everything we needed! We really enjoyed our stay the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Just minutes away from everything that you’re looking for. The Airbnb was just as described very clean. I can't say enough. Ryan was attentive, responsive and professional. The place was spotless. I normally get pretty wound up about not knowing where to go and how to get in but not only did Ryan send a YouTube link showing how to find the entrance, he met us there and my anxiety disappeared. He did everything he could to make sure we got settled in and our needs were met. It was a cute comfortable little place with a great patio to have coffee on in the morning. We had nearby family, they are happy to have a place to recommend for others who visit. Walkable to the business district with great one of a kind restaurants. This was a fantastic stay! The studio is super cute and has everything you need. The kitchen was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. There is a great outdoor patio with a grill. The best part of the Airbnb was the location. It’s right in front of pubic transport so it was easy to get anywhere in Toronto. There were lots of coffee shops all around that were easy to walk to. Ryan was very responsive to my inquiries and kept in regular communication until we were settled in. They even helped us figure out the parking situation and allowed a little extra time to check in and out. The room is cozy for two people. I stayed at this place with a friend and we both agreed it was super cosy and and relaxing. We had a bit of sunlight at the tail end of the trip and being able to use the balcony was also very nice as well. Great location and very well-equipped Airbnb with attention to details and everything you need. I’m the only issue I had was with the padlock not recognizing the password but they would help fix it immediately. This property in Leville was a nice convenient location to stay. I really appreciate how they had a parking spot included. It is walkable to several places on Leslieville, including a great café across the street and good food nearby. The host was very proactive and communicative. The unit satisfied all of our needs. It was very clean, nice appointed, fully equipped, including parking and had a street car stop practically outside our door. As most of destinations were in the Beaches, that street car was very convenient! The outside deck was a bonus, but we really only used it once to have a coffee.
