Eastside Mansion with Pool Rainey St 7 min drive

Beautiful home. Very clean. Excellent communication with the host. The backyard is a wonderful place for kids. My young nieces and nephews live in the city and coming to this home, even though it is ALSO IN THE CITY, Was joyful for them. Trying to master the art of climbing onto hammocks was hilarious. Hearing and seeing locusts and birds and squirrels was fun. There is also a MAGNIFICENT TREE in the backyard that has branches that grew out close to the ground and it created this little world under the inside of the tree that enabled us to just sit and tell stories and pretend it was an imaginary world where we were protected from the elements. It is truly an amazing tree. There is a wind chime and fairy lights that add to the almost mystical quality of the tree. We did yoga in the morning and gathered under it in the evening to read and tell stories. Amazing place.

This was a perfect place this year for our vacation of 13 (ages 6 and up). The house was great for everyone to feel like they had their own space. More than enough sleeping spaces. The yard was big and beautiful. The hosts were very responsive our first day with our questions. Would definitely recommend this place for large families/ groups.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! we are looking for a place for my 50th birthday where all of our friends could stay together and couldn’t have found a more perfect spot. having the pool to lounge around with during the day was incredible. The staff at Irvin stay was there every step of the way for everything that we needed I can’t say enough good things about it.

The place was amazing- just as advertised! UrbanStay was super responsive and answered any questions extremely quickly. The house is very well done and has everything you need. One thing to note, one of the bedrooms is in the closet of the Primary bedroom so you have to walk through the Primary to get out and you have to share a bathroom with the Primary. House is wonderful, would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this house enough for large groups! Myself and 14 others comfortably fit inside this beautiful home for my brothers bachelor party. The pictures do not do it justice! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep as well as hang out. Relaxing in the huge backyard was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It was also super easy to get to a lot of good bars, restaurants, and other activities. Ubers were pretty cheap and most places were within a 15 minute drive. If I'm in Austin again, I will definitely plan to stay here!

The place was absolutely stunning and they were very accommodating! Loved the big back yard and all the hammocks. Plenty of parking space for our guests and the beds and pillows were super comfortable and very clean. Great Austin location as well! Thanks a bunch!

My six friends and I really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our girl retreat. (Six women in their 60s!) There were 3 bedrooms on the ground floor for those who couldn’t do stairs and three bedrooms upstairs for those who could. And enough baths.The family room and open air state of the art kitchen with kitchen counter space that seats over 6 and a big eating table that accommodated even more was ideal. The house looked like the photos. Lovely. Modern. Open spaces with lots of windows. Ideal for retreats and family gatherings!

Excellent space for a responsible group of adults to enjoy time together. We loved the big backyard, the sitting spaces and the kitchen. It was easy to have food delivered and to make food onsite. Our gathering was all so happy with the space provided. We really wished it was nice enough (weather) to swim and use more of the outdoor space but even in the rain we opened the large doors to the outside and enjoy it. Grateful to have found this place and for the communication with the hosts.

We booked this home last minute because another AirBNB didn’t work out… The host was VERY responsive only thing that concerned me was the location and a smell in the house. I bought some Lysol spray and candles to help with the smell. It is a larger home with a pool that does NOT heat so if you want to swim at night be prepared haha. Overall it was good short stay home and just needs a little TLC and air fresheners to make it better! Thanks for letting us stay on such a last minute booking! :)

I don't know what else to say other than the place was as awesome as it looks. We had a group of 15-20 for my bachelor party and had a blast, so glad we booked this place. Expensive but for us worth the money. We had a couple small issues with knowing how to work some of the appliances and their team was responsive within a few minutes to help out. Excited to stay again someday.

This mansion is absolutely amazing. Yard is enormous, pool is great, and the house is extremely comfortable, spacious, really couldn’t ask for more. I’d say they should charge more for it, but I want to come back soon.
