Condo Close to Universal Studios Pool Hot Tub

I’m glad we didn’t have to cancel our vacation, because we had a great stay at Thalita and Rob’s place! When we arrived the door chip didn’t work, but maintenance was on top of it immediately. Thalita checked in to make sure everything was going well with the room and our trip which was appreciated. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

It was great staying at Luis & Steph's place! They were very responsive to messages and were able to answer our questions. They always checked in to see if we needed anything. The rooms were nice and clean. We had more than enough towels and amenities. The bed was comfy and the lighting was good. It did get very hot in the room and we were not supposed to turn the AC below 72deg. We came to go to Disney and felt that this location was a little to far for us from the parks (only because we had to pay lots of $$ in Ubers). Other than those two minor things it was a great place to stay! Thanks Luis and Steph for letting us stay in your place! ??

Great place to stay for proximity to international drive. It’s no high end place, but it’s well taken care of and with free parking and 24 hour security, it will be a good place to lay your head after a long day. Hosts are responsive. It was also quiet and nice to be slightly away from the international drive location wise. Would stay again

Nice place to stay, comfortable, spacious, with all needed items for you to cook at least breakfast. Close to international drive where you can find variety of restaurants, bars and touristic places.

Thalita and Rob’s place is accurate to pictures listed and provided everything they said they would. I didn’t have any issues with any of the other residents like I saw mentioned in other reviews. It was a peaceful stay and I noticed there was a security guard there every night. I can’t speak anything to else as I wasn’t at the suite that much during my stay. Overall, I would stay there again for sure.

Thalita is an excellent host, she responded quickly to any questions we had. The place is super well located close to the Universal parks and close to several outlets. I was able to park without difficulty on the property. The bed linen was clean, the place was clean, the kitchen was complete. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Nossa estadia foi ótima. Tudo exatamente como na descrição. Anfitrião sempre enviando mensagens se disponibilizando a ajudar caso precisássemos, sempre respondia rápido foi tudo perfeito. Imóvel antigo, mas amplo. Fica a 10 minutos de todos os lugares ( mercados, outlet e parques ) Silencioso , e sem falar no estacionamento que sempre tinha vaga e 100% gratuito . Sem dúvida , melhor Custo benefício .

I honestly really enjoyed my stay here, the place was clean and quiet. It was also very close to Universal which was so perfect, as well as close to stores and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and all the appliances worked great. The hosts themselves were very polite, responsive, and helpful. I would certainly stay here again :)

Great value for the area. The unit is situated in a hotel who sold rooms to private owners. The hotel is called "i-Sky Suites" and has armed security. The room price is equivalent to what is to be expected.
