The open-concept kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs, complete with stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. Keep drinks chilled in the freezer or grab ice anytime, and enjoy meals at the dining table or use it as a workspace.
Relax in the living area with cable TV or stay connected with high-speed internet, all while enjoying central air conditioning to keep you cool. The bathroom features a convenient shower/tub combo.
Step outside to enjoy the community amenities: take a dip in the pool, unwind in the jacuzzi, fire up the BBQ, or grab a drink at the onsite bar. Stay active in the fitness center or shoot hoops at the basketball court. Dining and entertainment are just steps away with an onsite restaurant and arcade.

• There are noise monitoring devices that are triggered if there's a high noise level in the apartment to ensure all guests remain respectful to those around them.
• Please note the images on the listing are representation of all the units within the building. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date.
• The apartment is supplied with well-appointed amounts of linens and towels, we kindly ask guests to maximize the use of these items. Regular turn down service is not provided but additional items can be delivered upon request.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
