This modern townhouse has everything you need for your next Colorado getaway. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two modern bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has one King bed, two Queen beds, a comfortable pull-out couch.

You'll enjoy top of the line appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a spacious living room with a new flat screen TV including cable. There's also a porch where you'll enjoy incredible mountain views and relaxing nature sounds.

Just under 10-minutes away you’ll find the town of Dillon where you can enjoy restaurants, museums, the Dillon Reservoir and Marina where you can go fishing, rent pontoon boats and kayaks. It is 5 minutes off of I-70 making it easily accessible and making it perfect for a family escape to the mountains. Skiers and snowboarders will take advantage of the 18 minute drive to Keystone Resort and Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Breckenridge Resort, and 40 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek Resort.

Please note the townhome is close to a major highway with usual traffic.

The first thing we noticed is that the place was immaculately clean! We loved it. It was perfect for our family of four, especially having multiple bathrooms. It had everything we needed.

Based on the photos that were up when I booked, it seemed like there was a balcony with a Mountain View and technically there is one but the entire town has the same view. There is a lot of noise as the condo is on a busy street and you can hear traffic at all times of the day, and there is construction at the next building. The instructions are a little confusing since the condo is at the front of the building, not next to its assigned garage. Other than that, the place is very nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything we could need, the host was responsive and super accommodating, and the location is prime for snow activities. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay! We got caught in a snowstorm and needed somewhere to stay in Silverthorne and this place was perfect. It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! The hosts were very responsive and communicative. The only bummer was that the fireplace gas key was missing. However it was still a great stay!

This place was absolute wonderful! A great town to stay at as well, close to skiing destinations and other little great cities/towns. My family and I took day trips to Vail, Aspen, Leadville and Denver and this place was right in the middle of all of them so it was fantastic to drive around this side of Colorado. Hosts were always looking out if we had any questions or comments, great communication! 100/10 recommended!!!
