You'll enjoy top of the line appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a spacious living room with a new flat screen TV including cable. There's also a porch where you'll enjoy incredible mountain views and relaxing nature sounds.
Just under 10-minutes away you’ll find the town of Dillon where you can enjoy restaurants, museums, the Dillon Reservoir and Marina where you can go fishing, rent pontoon boats and kayaks. It is 5 minutes off of I-70 making it easily accessible and making it perfect for a family escape to the mountains. Skiers and snowboarders will take advantage of the 18 minute drive to Keystone Resort and Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Breckenridge Resort, and 40 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek Resort.
Please note the townhome is close to a major highway with usual traffic.

• Please note that there is an ongoing nearby construction during the day. There might be occasional noise, but we are working to ensure it has minimal impact on your stay.
• Please note that the brown accent chair located by the stairs is currently out of service. For your safety and comfort, we kindly request that you do not sit on this chair to avoid any unwanted circumstances.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Our team is working diligently to address the issue and ensure that the chair will be back in working order as soon as possible.
• Also, during the winter months snow plows will clear the parking lot between 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM on days when there is 2 or more inches of snow. Kindly move your vehicle from the parking lot during the designated time.
• Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fine per hour past check-out.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
