**Important Notice**
• Please note that the AC is currently out of services. Our maintenance team is currently working to get this fixed as soon as possible.

• There are noise monitoring devices that are triggered if there's a high noise level in the apartment to ensure all guests remain respectful to those around them.

Additional Services:
• We're happy to deliver:
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).

• There is basic cookware available in the unit.

• The apartment is supplied with well-appointed amounts of linens and towels, we kindly ask guests to maximize the use of these items. Regular turn down service is not provided but additional items can be delivered upon request.

A great place to stay for me. Close to iDrive and I can get anywhere in orlando or central florida. Feel is like your own apartment. I really like the fact that there is no daily cleaning service. I actually like to keep my place clean on my own without being bothered by daily cleaning service. It was perfect.

O apartamento nos atendeu perfeitamente, o condomínio possui piscina ótima para relaxar após um longo dia nos parques. A cozinha equipada foi um diferencial na escolha, possibilitou preparo de refeições rápidas com praticidade. Muito perto de farmácia, lojas e restaurantes, localização excelente.

My boyfriend and I had stayed the week at Luis and Steph’s place and overall it was An amazing stay! The place was certainly clean upon arrival and they checked in with us throughout the week, making sure we checked in alright, asked if we needed anything and even wished us a safe trip back. The location is right off international drive and Along the road there are lots to do and lots of different restaurants close by within walking distance. Overall I would rate this place a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone who plans to travel to this location.
