This newly renovated apartment has one bedroom that features a King sized bed with fresh linens and fluffy bath towels. There is also a new sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and lots of cupboard space. Perfect for preparing and serving home cooked meals! Plus, the dining table can double as a laptop friendly workstation, as the suite is connected to high speed wifi. There's also a Keurig coffee machine for your enjoyment and a smart TV for your entertainment.

• There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations.
• For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
