The Emerald Island Resort is located so close to the Disney World parks that you could visit the parks in the morning, come back for a dip in the pool and be back in the parks for dinner and fireworks! The resort features a large clubhouse with a luxurious heated community swimming pool. Sun loungers and a large deck area are free to use and make it a perfect place for a days sunbathing with alcoholic drinks available from the poolside Tiki Bar. Opposite to the clubhouse is a wooded walking trail for walking, jogging, or cycling that winds through the community's natural woodland surroundings. After a long day at the nearby attractions or shopping, Emerald Island makes the perfect retreat.

Now let's talk about this house! Starting with the screened-in back patio, which features a sparkling swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. You'll love laying poolside, soaking up the Florida sunshine in one of our lounge chairs. Take a dip to cool off, and after your swim, you can relax and enjoy a meal poolside from the covered outdoor dining area.

If you've had enough sun, step inside to the garage-turned-games-room. We've loaded up this space with family favourites like air hockey and foosball, plus, we've thrown in a poker table and big screen TV.

You'll love the high ceilings in the living room! This open concept, spacious area gets lots of natural light and has a smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a deep double sink, and plenty of cupboard space for everyone's snacks! There's loads of countertop space for prepping meals, and even a kitchen island with bar seating. There's a breakfast nook with seating for 4 as well, but if you want something more formal, then head on into the dining room. The large capacity dining table has room for 7. There is an additional seating room adjoining to the dining room, with comfy plush seating for after dinner drinks or friendly conversation.

The main floor of the house hosts a master King bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom. The remaining 6 bedrooms are all located upstairs. The house has sleeping capacity for 14 guests at a time.

- Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request.
