Backyard Pool Oasis Rainey Street 6 min walk

This is a great place to stay in Austin for a big group. We were graciously accepted for a one night booking for a Bachelorette party. The home is clean, super cute and fit our group of 10-12 perfectly. The host was responsive and helpful.

Overall net positive, with some logistical quirks. The lights in the living room and some bedrooms did not turnoff, even after trying different breaker switches, making it difficult to sleep. WiFi was spotty best. Beds were comfortable. Interesting choice in decor and wallpaper, very bright.

Super nice and spacious place. Only negative was the pool heater wasn’t working during our stay but they were actively trying to fix it. Sadly it didn’t get fixed during our stay but everything else was great!

This was a great stay, we found everything we were looking for and was just as described in the listing. We found a few things that we would like to suggest based on our stay. The toilet downstairs ran all the time, not a huge problem, but kind of annoying to those in the bedroom next to it. There was not a ton of seating in the main area for as many guests as it can sleep, maybe thinking of adding more to that, and outside. Otherwise the space was very nice, plenty of beds, plenty of blankets and towels, hosts were very nice a responsive when we had questions, and helpful with check-in, check-out instructions. Perfect spot for a group of friends in town. Easy-ish walk to Rainey St. Uber's were always very close by. Nice and comfortable place.

Great place! Although there was only three of us and so much space - the house was beautiful! I wish it was closer distance to center city but it was approx a $5 Uber there and back so not bad at all! Urban Stay was super responsive and I felt safe knowing if there were any issues they would be on it!

Place was pristine, easily the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in. The instructions to get into the house were clear and fairly simple. The place was really close to downtown, close to a lot of restaurants and bars that are walkable or less than a 10 minute drive away. The pool was nice and clean. Overall really enjoyed the experience and it was a great price for the space.

This property was absolutely amazing! It looked just like the pictures and the host was very responsive. If you have a large group this place has more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Amazing place to stay… we had a HUGE group and they had more then enough room for everybody. This place is a must see in real life. Host communication was amazing and quick.
