• Kitchen disposal is currently out of order and should not be used. We are taking steps to have this fixed as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

•Kindly be advised that we are not responsible for any parcel loss or delivery failure, and online orders are not recommended due to unpredictable delivery schedules.

The entryway closet sliding door is out-of-track. For your safety, please take extra precaution when sliding it open/close. We are working on getting it fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

• Available for stays of 7 nights+, our mid-stay cleaning keeps your space fresh. Book at least 24–48 hours in advance. Guests should leave the unit while the cleaning is being completed.

• Your furry friends are welcome with prior approval! A CAD 79 pet fee applies at booking for one pet, and additional pets are subject to an additional pet fee per pet collected after confirmation. We allow up to two pets, each 40 lbs max.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We stayed at Pat's during the demo stage of our kitchen reno. The home was exactly as described, with an added surprise of great walking trails for pup in the neighborhood. If you are attending a game at CTC or shopping at the outlets you'll love this location. Bed was extremely comfortable and Pat provided lots of soap, TP, etc. which is always appreciated! There's a beautiful bedroom suite downstairs so lots of sleeping spaces for larger groups. Having the use of the garage in February was a bonus! Cute backyard for summer months. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood.

Great stay and an even better host, Pat was very flexible for our family and pet, which made our stay easy and stress free. With a responsive host like Pat, you’ll never have the worry about needing support. Overall, I’ll say this: whether you’re family or group of friends, this is an amazing and spacious place if visiting Ottawa. You’ll have great the amenities that are known for a home.
