The house was perfect, it had toys in the pool for the kids and everything was pristine clean. The host responded in a timely manner and was very attentive. Paid for the pool heating best decision ever since it got a little bit chili in the afternoon, so we could enjoy it more. House matches de pictures and description. Highly recommend to book with Upstay!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Had an issue with the pool but the host was responsive and had someone come take care of it right away. Home is stocked with pretty much everything you need. We actually extended our stay at this home and would return again.

The home was lovely. It was clean and spacious and had everything needed to cook a full meal. We got a lot of use of out of the pool and hot tub. We paid to heat both and it was well worth it. Upstay was wonderful to work with. They were incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The neighborhood was peaceful and had sidewalks to walk on. The clubhouse pool was heated, though the lazy river was not. My only complaint was that on a busier day, there weren’t enough chairs to accommodate everyone, even though there was space to place more chairs. The gym was tiny and often crowded. There is a lot of traffic in the Davenport area. It took us an hour to get to and from the airport, 35-40 min to get to Disney springs and 45-50 min to get to universal. But once we were back at our house, it was nice to be away from the parks to relax. Our kids rated this as one of their favorite places we have stayed!

We travelled to Florida from Washington State with 12 people. 8 adults 2 teens and 2 children. We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The house was set up nicely for a big group of people. It was clean and the decor was modern and inviting. The garage with a ping pong table, foosball, and pac man arcade game was a great hang out spot for the teens. The living area was spacious and well equipped, as was the kitchen. We used the hot tub and pool a lot and that was a lot of fun. There are plenty of stores nearby for food and shopping which made it convenient to get supplies to cook at the house and BBQ some burgers. Overall I would give this rental a 10/10 for everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay in Florida.

My recent stay at this Airbnb was an absolute delight, offering a perfect blend of space, cleanliness, and a touch of Disney magic. With six well-appointed rooms, the house provided ample space for comfort and relaxation, while the thoughtful inclusion of two Disney-themed rooms added an extra layer of enchantment to the overall experience. Being that close to Disney World was the cherry on top!

The house was great and perfect for multiple families. The pool and hot tub were great. Close to Disney, but the traffic in the area was pretty terrible in the afternoon and evenings and made going anywhere a pain. Also, need to go early if you want to use the lazy river and water-slide at the clubhouse.

excelente casa , tudo novo e moderno. acesso fácil! A casa é muito bem dividida com tudo que precisamos! Todos os quartos com roupas de cama extremamente confortável! Apenas um detalhe que não agradou foi uma das Camas do quarto do primeiro andar ser de madeira e fazia barulho quando agente se mexia durante o sono! como tenho sono leve , sempre que minha esposa se mexia eu me acordava com a cama rangendo! o restante tudo perfeito, limpo , banheiro amplo! com certeza indico a casa e vamos voltar novamente em breve

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. The house was exactly as described. The kids loved it. Stop and grab some sugar, k cups, and cream when you take the exit for the house. Traffic in the am is intense. There is a Starbucks not that far away, but morning traffic turns it into a long journey. The kitchen is well stocked (not food or any spices as clearly described) for cooking anything you might want. Plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs master is darker so better for late sleeping. The game room was great! Loved the old school arcade game. And the resort pool, restaurant and lazy River was a great way to spend an afternoon. We opted to pay to have the jacuzzi heated and it was well worth it. Just be aware it will not be hot on arrival. You have to turn it on (it’s a one hour timer you have to turn every hour) when you get there, and it takes 2 hours to reach max temp. So you have to be there and plan ahead for its use. Overall, highly recommended.

We had an amazing Anniversary to remember for years to come. The home was beautiful. The location was easy to find, and check in was super simple. Inside and outside the home was very clean, and well stocked with necessities. We appreciated the beautifully decorated Disney themed rooms. We were close enough to stores to stock the fridge, and didn’t really need to leave the house for anything else. The only thing that would have made this home perfect was a working pool and hot tub heater. I knew this before booking so it was not a surprise. The beautiful resort amenities like the lazy river and heated pool and spa more than made up for it. Everyone at the clubhouse was nice and welcoming. We felt right at home. Karen and Robert were such gracious hosts. They checked in on me at the beginning and end of my stay. I would definitely stay in this home again, and I recommend it to anyone wanting to be near Disney.

Beautiful modern home well decorated and spacious. We felt extremely comfortable, the rooms were spacious and big with plenty of space for everybody. This house was squeaky clean! We lost the internet connection so we had to contact the host and it was fixed right away since they have back up connections. What a clever thing! I would recommend 100%
