0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We've stayed at this same neighborhood and exact model of house before, but this one, managed by Upstay, was a better experience. Not only was this house furnished and equipped better, the responsiveness of Upstay is amazing, and they were super helpful with our extra requests. We do like this neighborhood and model of house, but I'd probably just prefer an Upstay managed house regardless of the location.

Our family truly enjoyed this accommodation. The pirate ship room and movie theater was a hit for the little ones! It was very spacious for our group and it had all the necessary pots/ pans/ appliances/ dishes we needed to prepare meals at the house. The beds were comfortable and clean. The accommodation is in a gated community, which causes a huge back up of cars when you try to check in. A lot of people driving on the opposite side of the road and cutting people off. We had to wait at least 30 minutes in line just to get in. The location overall is very convenient as it is near Target and other establishments. The Disney parks were easy to get to as you bypass a lot of traffic. My mom did forget her phone charger and we haven’t heard back from their cleaning crew. Likely it is long gone, so just be mindful not to forget anything. Overall, we would stay at this accommodation again. I just hope next time, the security at the gate has better systems implemented for check in.

Fantastic find close to all Disney parks. At most we drove 25 minutes to get to a park. The house is beautifully decorated and the kids loved the rooms. The host is quick to respond. Few negatives. We had reached out requesting early check-in if possible weeks in advance. We were told to reach out the night before to see if it were possible. Upon reaching out we were told they would get back to us. 12 hours later and various follow-up we were repeatedly told they would get back to us after checking in with the cleaning service. Eventually after a phone call we were given an answer an hour before the normal check-in. The house was fairly clean however the dishes and plates in the cabinets were dirty. One bathroom had a bit of pink mold. We had followed the instructions for a late check out which was to reach out the night before. Again we were given the run around to follow up/they would check with the cleaning staff. All in all the location and home were beautiful. Would recommend

This home was spacious, clean, beautiful, and conveniently located. The attention to detail in the decor did not go unnoticed! The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had and their proactive communication (with instructions, information, etc.) was great! Our family of 13 really loved the home - especially the kids, who enjoyed the fun themed rooms. We appreciated the well stocked towel closet—something most Airbnbs don’t offer! The pool/clubhouse at Storey Lake was also so fun for the kids. Highly recommend this property! We will be back for sure.

The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 12. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would not hesitate to recommend this property. The property is within close proximity to all Disney and Universal parks. Check in was not as smooth as anticipated due to high volume at the main gate, possibly due to arrival on a Friday evening.

The home was amazing and very comfortable for my family of 19. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that had so many pots plates glasses etc. They thought of everything needed to feel at home. We also saw 2 alligators in the lake. There were lots of signs warning you of them. It was actually cool. We are planning to return.

The place was awesome! It was just as described. I wished the pool lights worked while we were there but it needed to be replaced/repaired. Hoping the next guest gets to utilize that. Overall, it was a great house and we definitely would come back again. Nice amenities and everything was close by. It’s only about 10 miles from Disney World.

Everything about this home felt great! Each room had its on design but everything flowed together. Great in accommodating a big family. Enjoyed the space the bedding and bed sizes are perfect! This home is absolutely gorgeous and the host were friendly and responsive!

Awesome place to stay. Our family loved it! The shipwreck themed bedroom was our absolute favorite! Super fun to keep the kids entertained while we cooked dinner for the family. Great kitchen, clean with all the necessary appliances. The house is spacious, every bedroom is newly updated, the beds are super comfy and we loved the peaceful lake view just like the photos shown online. We had great communication with Valerie and Kyle and are glad we chose to stay here during our Christmas vacation / winter break. Will definitely be booking again!
