• There is no on-site parking available.

• For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

•Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time.

• A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

Noise Awareness
Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.
