A mandatory maintenance visit will occur for each stay, and for long-term bookings, we’ll schedule visits at least once every 7 days. •For stays of 21 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required and is subject to a fee. This helps maintain our property’s high standards while ensuring a comfortable stay for our long-term guests.
