The kitchen has lots of cupboard space for all your snacks and plenty of countertop space for prepping meals. You can enjoy your food around the dining table, but it also doubles as a laptop friendly workstation. The whole unit has complimentary high speed wifi so you can stay connected during your stay.

There's a smart TV for your entertainment in the living room, where the sofa bed is located. Each of the two bedrooms have fresh linens and a comfortable mattress.

•This unit has air conditioning to help cool the space, but on hot days, it may feel warmer inside as the AC can take time to catch up with high outdoor temperatures. Please keep this in mind when booking during warmer months.

• The images on the listing are a representation of all the units within the building. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date.

• There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations.

• For stays of 21 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required and is subject to a fee. This helps maintain our property’s high standards while ensuring a comfortable stay for our long-term guests.

Please note there is a staircase leading to the unit.

• For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

•Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time.

• A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

Noise Awareness
Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.
