Kitchen + Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, and all the essentials. The dining table seats 6, making it easy for shared meals, takeout nights, or working remotely.
King Bedroom:
This bedroom features a comfortable King bed with fresh linens and a Smart TV. It’s a peaceful space to recharge, whether you’re staying for one night or a full week.
Queen Bedroom + Workspace:
The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, a Smart TV, and a dedicated desk setup — ideal for remote work or study. A great option for couples, friends, or business travelers.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is located off the living space and includes a toilet and a walk-in shower. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer are provided for your stay.
Laundry:
Enjoy the convenience of in-suite laundry with a washer and dryer located beside the bathroom — perfect for longer stays or mid-trip refreshes.

Located above a popular restaurant in a vibrant city setting, you may occasionally hear a soft background hum from the kitchen exhaust, along with some light street activity. As with most residential buildings, normal day-to-day sounds from neighboring units can sometimes be heard. Many guests enjoy the lively atmosphere and the added convenience of having great dining just steps away.
We're happy to deliver:
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
