Who needs to downsize when you can bring the whole crew? Located in the fantastic Veranda Palms Resort, this place is an absolute playground. Dive into your private pool, fire up that BBQ grill, and get your game on in the games room. And hold on tight, 'cause we're just getting started!

The back of the home features an incredible sundeck that faces a garden view - no nosy rear neighbours to disturb you! Enjoy the Florida sunshine from a poolside lounger, or cool off in your private swimming pool. Perhaps you'd prefer to have a soak in the hot tub, or chill out in the poolside lounge? After swimming you can enjoy a meal right off your BBQ grill, and eat it al fresco in the outdoor dining area.

If poolside dining isn't your thing, don't worry, we've got you! There are plenty of dining space options inside the home too! Step inside the fully equipped kitchen and have a seat at the breakfast nook, or the kitchen island bar. And if you peer through the arched wall cut out, you'll be delighted at the large capacity table in the formal dining room.

Kick back and relax in the open concept living room space, where there's a large sectional sofa and 50" smart TV. There's also a small sitting room near the entrance of the home by the staircase. And, if you head up the stairs you'll find another TV lounge! No more fighting over what to watch!

We've even turned the garage into a games room to entertain the kids! In it you'll find arcade games as well as a basketball hoops game. And speaking of the little ones - bedtime will be a breeze when they see the fun decorations in the kids rooms! Featuring the minions and other disney favourites, these rooms are sure to crack a smile. The master King bedroom is located downstairs, and the remaining King and Queen bedrooms are all upstairs, along with the kids rooms.

You'll be staying at the family-friendly gated Veranda Palms Resort, and our guests get FREE access to all of it's amenities! Resort facilities include a newly renovated clubhouse with large communal pool; children’s pool and splash zone with waterslides and activities; a fully equipped gym with cardio and weights facilities; and a great lounge area.

Pet Friendly
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

Additional Services
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

We're happy to deliver:
• a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

• There is basic cookware available in the house.
