Secure building. Seamless check-in. Three very narrow flights of stairs to get to the unit should be mentioned out of health considerations and simple courtesy to guests. Free laundry, but bring your own soap! Great location, 10 min walk from city centre.

Narrow staircase so travel light. The temperature in the suite was somewhat low; so layering up is a great idea.

John and Amanda’s place was very clean, modern, and the overall atmosphere of the apartment was stellar! They were very gracious in answering any questions, giving full details, and providing constant support. The check-in as well as the check-out process went very smoothly and the hosts showed great hospitality! Bonus: the apartment is perfectly situated in an area of Hamilton, where only a short drive is needed to visit great attractions or restaurants.

The place is very accurate and similar to the description. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and answered to all our needs. If it wasn’t for COVID-19, the location is also spectacular.. very close to popular bars and restaurants in Hamilton.

This AirBnb was a fabulous place to spend my two week quarantine. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. As I was not allowed to leave the place John and Amanda brought me clean sheets, towels, dish cloths, dish towels and tea after my first week. They replied if not immediately then within a few minutes and were courteous, helpful and kind. The flat had nice homey touches, comfortable bed and pillows, a SMART TV and NETFLIX. After my quarantine I walked around the neighbourhood and there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and Jackson Square is just down the street. I would highly recommend this AirBnb and I would definitely stay there again. One consideration is that there are two flights of stairs you need to walk up to get to the flat.

A beautiful mini apartment that feels spacious. You’ll have to climb 2 sets of stairs, the second being more narrow in case you have large luggage. We had great support and timely responses with the few minor issues we encountered. Once solved, we were extremely happy to stay in John’s place and look forward to returning on our next visit to Hamilton.

Lovely stay with Bela! The highlight was definitely her hospitality and responsiveness. Location of the apartment is great and it was very clean with all the amenities described. Two things to consider: depending on the unit you are in, there may be several sets of stairs to climb (which are quite steep and narrow). Not a big deal at all if you are traveling light but more complicated if you are traveling with lots of luggage. Also, as it is an older building the walls are quite thin...at one point at night I thought there was someone in my room but realized when I turned on the lights it was the people next door haha. Most of the time it was quiet but just something to consider if you are the type who will be very bothered by noise.
