Location easy access to Disney parks. We had to call the police to report noise violation since our neighbors had music blaring from 5 pm - 11 pm. The music that was being played in their backyard could be heard inside our rental home. Our code did not work at check in and the host was responsive after about 25 minutes. The spaces were big and open. It was roomy for our group of 13. There were many things overlooked in a space that was meant to host families and groups. There were no basic cleaning products which made it less practical to prepare meals at home. There were no plastic bags, foil, or plastic wrap for the same purpose. The fridge was missing drawer bin. The knives were dull. There was no laundry detergent. The towels were scant and thin. The showers had mold and a lot of hair in the drain. This home was a great value, perhaps at the expense of some key items and shortcomings with cleaning that would have made it more comfortable for our group.

beautiful place. take for the hot tub to heat and resort section across main road so the kids couldn't just walk over to the gameroom but other then that the itself was nice.

This was one of the best air B&Bs I went to for a family vacation , it was extremely clean very easy to check in and it was if not better than the photos if you are thinking about staying here for a family vacation, go ahead and book !!!

The house provided ample space for our large family to layout and enjoy themselves. The pool and hot tub was great and very relaxing. The kitchen is very large and the open living arrangement provides for lots of room for family gathering. Joe was prompt in responding to our inquiries. I would definitely stay in this house again.

This is a great condo!! We had a great time!! There was plenty of space and the kitchen is nice and big. There are plenty of restrooms upstairs and downstairs. Two bedrooms downstairs great for those unable to climb stairs. One of them is a Master with an en-suite! A very nice en-suite!! Downstairs. We hope to come again!! Maybe even make it an annual family retreat!! There was so much to do at the condo and Disney that we did not make it to the resort amenities. We hope to try them next time. The condo itself has a pool table great for friendly, family competition in the garage. The pool stick tips are cracked but we made due. We didn’t make it to the upstairs theater. It is huge and really nice. We loved time in the condo’s private pool and hot tub. The only negative is the hot tub heater did not work except the second night for 1 1/2 hours. It did not work the third night at all. We did not bother the hosts because both nights were really late before we got in the hot tub. The pool was warm the whole time!?. ( You do have to pay extra for the heaters)

This house was perfect. Definitely true to its picture. My family of 9 enjoyed every minute. We were there to attend my daughter’s graduation from college. Joe and Anne answered my many questions in a timely manners. We would definitely rent this house again.

Spring Break 2022 Communication pre-arrival: Amazing communication. Questions answered quickly and instructions for check where clear. Check-in: Easy peasy. House was fully stocked with enough towels and basic necessities. There are enough cooking utensils, bowls, plates, cups etc stocked in the kitchen. There are two large pots, one frying pan, a set of mixing bowels and two smaller pots. The house was clean and trash was picked up daily, different times, but still picked up. Communication during stay: I can’t say enough about the communication. The hosts are super responsive and in a timely fashion. Check out: Easy! No issues there. Everything worked, it was clean and tidy, the hosts are super responsive. Walmart is 10 minutes away and there a Publix even closer. Getting in and out the community was simple. It was quiet for the most part. We would definitely stay here again. We had 12 adults and 4 children. All fit comfortably in this space!

Joe and Ann were responsive and overall the home was as advertised. Great location for where we wanted to go and the heating of the pool was a nice addition. We wish there would’ve been more cooking utensils like pots (we had to go buy a couple), but not a big deal if you’re not planning to cook. Would stay here again.

We stay in this beautiful home for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house looks very new and is exactly as described on the listing. About 20 minutes drive from all the Disney attractions and 10 minutes away from Walmart and grocery stores. We paid extra for the heated pool and hot tub and it's well worth it. I only wish there were more pots and pans available. If you are planning for a big family get together, you may want to prepare your own cookware. But overall a very nice and safe place. I will definitely stay here again.

Team was prompt in communication and accommodating needs. House is close to grocery stores, some of the golf courses and Disney attractions. House was clean on arrival, had enought towels, toilet paper, bar soap, kitchen pots. Resort amenities were great. I wish house was in walking distance to the clubhouse. I would definitely rent it again

The stay here was lovely and close to everything and close the Disney Parks. The house was clean and the description of the house was accurate. The only thing I really think they need to ensure is there are plenty of towels and linens for stay. People don't necessarily have time to wash and dry towels all in one day when they are at the parks. This has been addressed in some of the other reviews. But they are super easy to reach if there are issues and they try amend the issues right away. For example, the heater for pool wasn't heating and they got someone out right away to get it working. Plus they refunded the days the heater wasn't working. Overall a really great place to stay and instructions easy to understand. I would stay here again.
