Great place to stay if you’re going to Universal Studios/ Islands of Adventure/ Citywalk. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Open layout for the kitchen, dining and living room which was perfect for our family to gather. It was great cooking breakfast and eating at the big dining table. We would definitely stay here again!

The was indeed one of the best air b&bs I’ve been rented. Gabriel & Ana were friendly and provided clear instructions & replied in a timely manner. Me and my crew really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for all of us, We loved how close everything is to the condo. The grocery store and restaurants were of walking distance. The pool and hot tub were really nice as well. Definitely recommend staying here ??

The location was absolutely perfect for our trip, as it was just a short drive away from the theme park. The host was extremely accommodating and provided us with all the necessary information and amenities for a comfortable stay. The Airbnb itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The rooms were nicely decorated and had all the essentials we needed. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day at the park. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals when we didn't feel like eating out.

My group really enjoyed this place and our stay. The hosts provided great directions, the condo was very clean and neat, and the decor fit perfectly. The design is very open and has a large balcony to hang out on. The rooms and bathroom are spacious. There is a grocery store that is very walkable and other shops. The area is very private and wonderful accommodations, I would definitely go back for a stay and highly recommend this place. The downsides are 1) the shower head in the master bathroom is pointed a little high and doesn’t move and 2) the TV’s are not Smart TV’s and we wanted to hook up our device to watch something but couldn’t so bring an HDMI cord if you want to do that.

Gabriel and Ana’s condo was perfect for our last minute Spring Break getaway! My entire family was immediately impressed with how clean everything was. The condo is simply appointed and has everything needed for a great stay. The beds are super comfortable! The complex that the condo is in is very easy to navigate. We took advantage of the pools while we were there. We preferred the small pool closer to the condo because there were fewer people and less activity. You are a stones throw from anywhere you may want to go in the Orlando area. Staying here is a definite win! It has made our family’s “Florida Favorites” list. You will be pleased with staying here.

Stay was great. We were down for a conference and there was a shuttle close by. It was perfect for us. Close enough to Disney Springs and restaurants. Food Shopping center right outside the development. Would stay again.

We were in for a large aviation convention and needed enough space, easy parking/access for multiple people to have a comfortable stay. This place was it! And you can walk to several eateries, a Publix, stores nearby. Our convention had us busy night and day so we did not get to use the clubhouse, pool, pool bar and gym, however this community has fantastic amenities! The hosts were awesome and extremely fast communicators. Loved our stay!

Great stay! Convenient to the parks and to downtown. Space was clean, plenty of parking, and very large bathrooms with two sinks each that easily accommodated multiple guests at a time. I would definitely recommend this property!

Super nice, resort feel condo! The housekeepers sanitized everything prior to our arrival as well which was nice. Only thing I would recommend to the visitors is to a Bring a roku or Amazon fire tv if you want to stream on the tvs but it worked out for us we were just watching the Johnny vs amber on court tv every night ?

We attended a conference at the Shingle Rosen. We comfortably housed 3 executives. We had much better rooms than the hotel. The convention centre is closer to the condo than it is to most of the hotel rooms. Full set of modern appliances. Brits would say it is fit for purpose. No views but plenty of parking and right next to a large nice grocery store. All in cost 3 adults was about 1/3 of the price of the Shingle Rosen and we had a good time.

Everything is as described and very clean. One thing to note is there is no cell reception within the gated condo community and the wifi is a public share and is very spotty. Place is gated and safe and very well kept up, shopping complex right next door.

Gabriel’s and Ana are great hosts! They answered all of my question in a timely manner. The place is clean and spacious. There’s plenty of room to cook and enjoy meals, while afterwards you can go out on the balcony and catch up with friends/family. Also, the washer and dryer are top notch. I would advice everyone to take advantage of them so you don’t have to return home with a bunch of dirty laundry.

Very clean, great location near I Drive, OCCC and lots of restaurants. Publix and Walgreens near by too. The condo is very spacious and well maintained. The entire condo complex is well maintained and clean. We took our dog out at various times and felt safe, they have disposal cans and bags for pet waste too, which is nice. Great place, highly recommend!

This is a very bright and comfortable family. As soon as you exit the gated complex is a Publix. Great safe neighborhood. Apartment is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. We enjoyed our stay.
