Great place. But like advertised, there's no overnight parking on the streets (12:01 AM to 7 AM). You need to find an interior municipal parking lot where you pay hourly. It's a municipal regulation. It has nothing to do with the owner of this property. Plan accordingly.

Highly recommend! Shyrose was better responsive and friendly. I would definitely come back in the near future. Everything in the listing was accurate.

I've stayed here twice now and its been great both times. I used to live in the neighbourhood so i feel right at home when I'm there. Check ins and outs are easy. Instructions are very clear!

Shyrose is a great host. She was very attentive throughout my stay and was constantly checking in to see how my stay was going. Really appreciated that. This is a really beautiful home as it is in a really nice area. Corso Italia is also next to Portuguese restaurants. Great if you love food and culture and exploring. There’s a nice fruit market around the corner on saint clair st which has great quality fruits and small pick ups you may need. Cheers!

I enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was spacious, clean with all the needed equipments. Shyrose was very friendly and responsive. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Toronto.

Loved this place! Unlike a lot of airbnbs, this one felt like it was actually put together for people to live in it — there was a full spice rack and oil in the kitchen, all the utensils you need to actually cook, a blanket on the couch, etc. It's compact, but doesn't feel cramped. It was just a few minutes walk from St. Clair, which made it very easy to get to restaurants and coffee shops, even when the weather was a little nasty. In fact, it was pouring rain when we arrived, and there was a huge umbrella right by the door, which really saved the day! The only thing that might concern some is that the walls are a little thin; the people above us clearly had a toddler and we sure could hear that kid running around every morning at 7am, haha. But it didn't end up being disruptive for us. Shyrose was very communicative and got back to us quickly each time we had a question. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Toronto!

The space is private and quite modern. It was hor when we were in Toronto and having AC was a bonus. The neighborhood is awesome

This cozy little spot was absolutely perfect for a quiet evening. We adored how much attention to detail there was in every corner of the space. Bed was very comfortable, the art and decor was adorable, and the kitchen well stocked with implements and basics. Communicating with the host was effortless and access to the unit easy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The space is *really* well put together. Host is extremely responsive. Very good deal as a new listing without many reviews. This spot will achieve "rare" status sooner than later.

Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The decor is cute and welcoming, instructions were clear and communication was prompt. The layout is great and we easily found all we needed for a very comfortable stay.
