• The temperature is centrally controlled within the building. It is set to heating from November to March and switched to cooling around April.
• The unit is equipped with noise sensors to monitor noise levels for the comfort of all guests.
• The washing machine is currently unavailable for use. Our maintenance team is working to fix the issue.
• Food deliveries left at the concierge will be discarded by security after 60 minutes if unclaimed, per building policy, to maintain cleanliness and prevent odors/pests.
• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.

• Rent a pack 'n play for $40 (one-time fee)
• Rent a highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
•For stays of 7+ nights, mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee and required for stays of 21+ nights. Please book 48–72 hours in advance; guests must step out during service.

Cancellation Policy

- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites

Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
